Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home Walking distance to Playa Hermosa

Playa Hermosa is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. This location is approximately a 45 minutes drive from the Liberia Airport.

This perfect 3-bedroom house with wood furnishings, linens and bed coverings, a beautiful living room and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchen ware. This is a one floor house, the master bedroom has a King size bed and in suite bathroom, access to the terrace and pool area, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool/garden. The third bedroom has 2 double beds. Also, additional amenities such as a laundry area, towels and a BBQ for a fun cooking time or enjoy time during the day at the guitar shaped pool with a beautiful garden that provides a sense of peace and relaxation, perfect for a yoga session. Graceland 3 is just 10 minutes walking distance to Hermosa Beach.

Beautiful property

We loved this house. Very well stocked. It had everything we needed. The house was clean. The pool was great. Outdoor seating beautiful. The only issue we had that needs attention is a sewer smell that came into the house through vents in the guest bathrooms. Some days it was stronger than others. We were given packets to put into the toliet and flush but those did not help. I felt terrible for my daughters because their rooms really smelled especially the bedroom with the attached bathroom. The house manager told us we could find someone to come and fix it if we wanted to but that is the last thing we wanted to deal with on our vacation. We also had flooding around the front door into the house during a big storm. We moped the water out of the house and off the front entry way.

This was the perfect house for our vacation. The house had everything needed for meals to cook and hanging by the pool in our down time. More than enough space for everyone to sleep and get ready each day. With walking distance of the ocean, beach and grocery and perfectly situated for drives up and down the coast.

Amazing home and back deck and pool area.

The pictures don’t do it justice, it was amazing. The entire left side of house is dedicated to the master suite area. Including large kind bedroom, walk in closet and large bathroom. The other two bedrooms were also a decent side. Only complaint was the bedroom with 2 queen beds has no dresser or anywhere to put your clothes except hangers in closet. The kitchen area is amazing and includes fridge with water and ice machine. Outdoor pool and back deck are truly remarkable and well thought out.

Graceland Ambiance

My family and friends had such an amazing time staying at this property. The easy walk to the beach and the morning sounds of the monkeys were such a pleasure. The amenities were thoughtful and the house host was very attentive to our needs.

Incredible Stay

The photos of this villa don’t do it justice. It’s bigger and more beautiful in person. The host is incredible, kind, and so helpful with every request. They prepared our stay and we had everything we wanted and needed. The location and privacy of this villa were perfect.

A perfect holiday getaway!

A quiet house in a nice, safe, gated neighborhood close to the beach. With an amazing outdoor space and pool you will have a hard time deciding between the beach/pool. Property management is nearby and responsive if you should need anything. Overall a great property in a really good location. We rented a golf cart to get down to the beach easily. Not necessary, but it was a nice luxury. We also rented a car and drove all over the place. This area of Costa Rica is perfect for exploring or chilling by the beach.

Enjoyable

Very roomy and private. Large bedrooms with a hugh kitchen area. Short walk to the beach. Property management is very helpful. Worth the stay.
