Bathrooms feature large open showers and impressive large concrete sinks. Both Bedrooms open onto the lower terrace with direct access to stairs that lead to the yoga palapa and beach trail.The kitchen area has a large island which seats Six along with two bistro tables on the covered terrace just outside the fully retractable wood terrace doors. Full size refrigerator with ice maker, full size gas range, microwave and dishwasher. The open concept living room features a Queen BoConcept pull out couch, which gives you the option to sleep Two additional people.All rooms and areas feature A/C, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and phone. Light the grill on in the bar-b-que area, or sit back and admire the sunset under the pergola on the upper deck. Each common area has its own bathroom. A private laundry room ,with washer and dryer, is located just outside of the bedrooms for your convenience.There are Sonos systems in the main living area, outdoor pergola and yoga palapa areas. Download the app to your phone or tablet if you don't have it already and enjoy some your favorite music by the pool. PLEASE NOTE:**Las Catalinas is steadily evolving into one of Costa Rica's most charming beach towns. With the community's ongoing growth, several construction projects are in progress throughout the town to bring new amenities and services, enriching the experience for all visitors.**Although the house boasts a private swimming pool, you can enjoy additional amenities at the Beach Club for an entry fee, including various pools, dining options, a cocktail bar, and more.Beachclub Daily Entry Fees:> Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): USD 15 13% VAT, with $10 credit for consumables.
