Great place to stay

The property was spotless. It's in a lovely neighborhood. We felt so safe and comfortable there. There was a lot of little extra things too many to list but the beautiful covered table and chairs out back is lovely to sit and have morning coffee there's a small fire pit for in the evening. Our only regret was we can only stay one night. I would definitely book this place if I was fortunate enough to come back this way.

Close to Sedona

Fun place to stay with a ping pong table & foosball. Very clean with nice size bedrooms & a well stocked kitchen.

Cute house close to downtown Cottonwood

The house was very clean and perfect for our short stay. The info for check-in and check out was not sent prior to our arrival, but owner was super quick with her responses to help with whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family time.

Had a wonderful time visiting with our daughter and grandchildren. The oldest stayed with us several nights. She enjoyed the game room. Convenient location.

We were completely comfortable and relaxed. Place was in a wonderful neighborhood peaceful and quiet Whenever we needed anything all we did was message our host and got quick assistance. It was a lovely stay

Was glad the property was pet friendly. Ping pong and fooseball were fun for the kids. House was extremely clean and smelled fresh — not disinfectant fresh but clean towel fresh. Very nice. Allison, our contact was helpful and very prompt at answering questions. Easy access to grocery stores., etc.

We planned a trip with son, daughter and son Inlaw

The first day we did the historic walk in Jerome also eat as the haunted burger restaurant very good food. We did a train tour in Clarksville went to local bar and kids did karaoke. Did a tour through parks in Sedona

Game room was a plus.

Had a wonderful time visiting with our daughter and grandchildren. Oldest granddaughter loved the game room. House is in a nice neighborhood. Fenced backyard was great for our dog.

Clean, pleasant and lovely

We really enjoyed this house. It was sparkling clean and well appointed with plenty of extra towels, blankets, annd even night lights in the bathrooms. We especially appreciated the seasonal decorations being there over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Close to everything in Cottonwood and Sedona and a very responsive host. Allison clearly knows how to do VRBO!

Very nice home, convenient location.

This was such a great house for our grandchildren and daughter to come and visit with us. I prepared several meals for everyone and our little five year old granddaughter loved staying every other night. Our little 16 month old twins and granddaughter loved the game room too. We hope to stay here again in October.

As Advertised

This property is ideal for visiting the Sonoma Valley. While it is a quick ride to Cottonwood and Jerome, it was 23 minutes to Sedona and the sites in that area. We did not utilize the yard but it was good sized. We enjoyed the game room and when we ran into a small issue the manager/owner took care of it immediately. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Clean home in quiet neighborhood

Visiting Cottonwood area for a couple days with small children and needed somewhere with some space. House was clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the game room and learned how to play ping pong and foosball. Location is close to attractions but still in quiet neighborhood. Had to reach out to host for keycode and response was prompt. Be aware that check in is at 4pm exactly. We were informed of 4pm check in but have always arrived at rentals or hotels a few minutes early and never had issues. We arrived around 345 pm and the door would not unlock until exactly 4pm. We had to wait outside with our baby after a long day of outdoor activities so that was a little inconvenient. No other issues during stay and overall great home. Would stay again if in the area.

Disturbing Stay: Unwelcome Surveillance - Camera Active During Text Exchange with Hostile Host

I regret to report that our experience with the local host fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were met with a full trash bin, an overpowering chemical smell, and the host's demeanor was unhelpful and at times, rude. (She started by complaining about the previous guests being messy.) We kindly asked if there were any other properties available since this one was somewhat disappointing (puppy cut foot on sharp rocks in back yard, unsightly soap in dispenser, uncomfortable furniture, etc) and she immediately became defensive and rude. Additionally, we were disconcerted to discover the camera being turned on during our text exchange with her (we heard it since it was unmuted on her end), providing unwelcome surveillance.

These travelers has unrealistic expectations of the property. They were very upset that there was no grass at the property when the pictures and description clearly show there is no grass. They were upset because the soap in the soap dispenser was 2 different colors from being refilled by a different color of soap. The cameras are all disclosed and the host was not listening in while messaging with the guest. These guest vacated early and tried to do a charge back for the full stay amount. Very troubling guests.
