We were in Cottonwood for the Verde Canyon Railroad tour and to visit the Southwest Wine Center, and the Cactus Blossom cottage was the perfect retreat in the perfect location. The cottage is located literally a few steps from Cottonwood's historic Main Street, but still has a quiet, neighborhood feel. The cottage was clean, quiet and cozy and had everything we needed. It is walkable to several restaurants, tasting rooms, bars and boutiques. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Cottonwood.

Perfectly remodeled home within a 5 minute walk to all of old town Cottonwood. The yard was great for the pup and the home accommodated myself, my wife and our full sized dog perfectly.

Joe was super responsive. The location couldn’t be better. Walkable to everything! Plenty of parking and a great fenced in yard for the pup!

Everything we needed. Cute property with extras. Thanks for supplying the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Maybe some body lotion? Just a suggestion. Would highly recommend to friends. Thank you.

Cottonwood House

Cool old house right next to downtown Cottonwood. Walking distance to everything in downtown. We had a great time!

Perfect Location for wine tastings and old town

Nicely manicured yard, perfect for 3 to 4 people. Joe answers back quickly with any concerns. Going to be my go to for Cottonwood fun!

Right in Old Town Cottonwood

Nice older house. Quiet location.A block from the Old Town Strip. Needs a bit of TLC but overall ok.

Great little house in a perfect location

This house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our weekend stay in Cottonwood. Our favorite part was the beautifully landscaped front yard, where we could hear live music from one of the nearby bars on Main street. Our whole family (incl. 2 kids and a dog) spent each evening sitting out in the front yard enjoying the weather, scenery, and music.

Awesome location!

The host was great! Made sure we had everything we needed upon check in and was very easy to reach throughout our stay. You can’t beat the location - it is just a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. Nice deck and a TV in the living room. We also ate at Adriana’s right next door and were served by Adriana herself. She was the sweetest and definitely recommend eating there if you get the chance.

Our stay had a few challenges, but the owner and property manager were exceptionally kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit.One important consideration for future guests is that the home does not have air conditioning, as inaccurately noted in the listing. It is cooled by an evaporative cooler, which may not be sufficient during Arizona’s monsoon season when temperatures are high and humidity increases. We happened to visit during a particularly hot and humid weekend, making the home uncomfortably warm.The property’s location is another wonderful feature. It is conveniently situated near Old Town Cottonwood and the scenic Verde River trails, making it easy to explore the area. The local shops and restaurants offer a great variety of unique finds and delicious dining options, and a visit to the Sedonut shop is an absolute must for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable local treat.Some additional critters were present inside the home during our stay, requiring extra cleaning to stay comfortable; while we understand this can occur in desert homes, future guests should be aware.On a very positive note, the owner was incredibly welcoming to our dogs, which we truly appreciated. The fully fenced backyard was a wonderful space for our pups to relax and play, and the barbecue made for enjoyable evenings outdoors. Those thoughtful amenities added a great deal to our stay.Overall, if you are traveling outside of the monsoon months, this property is great.

Cactus Blossum

We loved The Cactus Blossum. Everything was as advertised. The location is excellent for exploring Oldtown Cottonwood with easy access to the rest of the Verde Valley. The property has been updated and is very comfortable. The landlord was quick to respond to our inquires prior to our stay. The home is well maintained and very cute.
