Our family just spent a wonderful long weekend at this property. It is very nice. The backyard is lovely with a BBQ, fire pit, outside table for dining, two sitting areas, and a pool. The house is very well equipped for people with young children. There is a tiny table with four chairs, as well as games, a drawer full of young children’s books, and some baskets of toys for littles. Although we did not ask, it looked as if there was the capability of having a fence around the pool. If I had littles and was considering this property, I would check with the owners. There is an alarm on the sliding door to the back yard that can be turned on.The kitchen is great, and the family room is wonderful — extra-comfy couch with recliners at each end that lay way back, large-screen TV, plus a great table for playing cards or games as well as the little table for small children. The thing I misunderstood, for which I take full responsibility, was the sleeping spaces. Upstairs bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a double bed. Downstairs off kitchen: 1 bedroom with a double bed. For some reason I pictured the single sleeping area (a sofa) somewhere more private. It is actually in the living/dining room. You could also sleep a person or two on the huge couch with reclining ends in the family room, but there is no privacy either place, so be aware of that as you make your selection. This was a wonderful place to enjoy being together. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
