IMPORTANT NOTICE: Scheduled Elevator Maintenance & Common Area Refurbishment. Please be advised that our building will undergo elevator replacement from Monday, March 3, 2025, to Monday, June 30, 2025 (approximately 12 - 16 weeks). During this time, the elevator will be out of service.

Our suite is conveniently located on the first floor, providing easy access. We recommend parking along the top of Kananaskis Way for the most direct entry when loading and unloading your belongings. If you choose to park in the parkade, please note that you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the suite.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend considering this when planning your stay.

Two spa-inspired bathrooms offer a luxurious touch to your stay. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries await, ensuring a pampered experience. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hand Wash are supplied.

LAUNDRY:
Quality full-size washer and dryer conveniently located within the suite with complimentary laundry detergent.

PARKING:
The heated parkade onsite means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! There is also free parking on the street for additional vehicles.

AURORA NIGHTS can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer!

Free parking onsite in a heated, secure parkade.
Paid parking in the downtown core through Blinkay and Indigo Apps. Roam Transit Bus Stop is close by to connect you around town and to Banff.

*Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours.
*Please remove all footwear at the door.
*No Bikes, Skis or Snowboards allowed inside.
*Please notify us if something breaks or stops working.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.

This property was very nice, lots of nice little touches like plenty of coffee pods, baby crib, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen. Very clean too. It’s on the main floor and right by the main door/entrance which is convenient. The elevator from the parkade was not working (May 2025) but we made due. It was only 4 sets of stairs to the main floor. The pool and hot tub is nice to relax in at the end of the day, and super clean. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent condo

We had a wonderful stay. Very nice community with underground parking garage, swimming pool...The condo is very well equipped, especially the kitchen which was important for us. Everything is as on pictures and even better.I can highly recommend and will come back in the future.

Very nice property

Had a very nice experience. Well kept, easy instructions and checkin/checkout. Great location…1 hr 15 from Calgary and very close to Banff National Park. Well appointed kitchen. Garage parking was very convenient and heated.

Cozy, Clean, Comfortable

This place has all the amenities of home. Coffee, cream, staples for cooking, cozy blankets, q-tips, games and movies. It sets itself apart from the rest by being unique in its decor and the extra touches that the owners have added. Communications with the owners was fantastic. They are organized, informative, and helpful. This on the list as one of my favs.
