Great time in Royal Palm! Really enjoyed the outdoor space. Very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with fantastic ice maker. Great shower but water pressure could be better. Location convenient for walking to restaurants , bars , and convenient stores. Free shuttle to Market St on Spring St was close by. The Darling Oyster Bar was our favorite.

Very clean, plenty of room and we loved having private parking. We cooked a few meals while here and loved the kitchen.

Everything was fine. Immediate responses from host when questions were asked. Convenient location to walk into town for food, shopping and day trips. If Uber was needed fares were extremely reasonable. Even from the airport, less than 30. There were 9 of us and with the conversion of the king beds to 2 twin beds, everyone had their own sleeping space. The bathrooms in each room were a huge plus. Publix was also close by enabling us to place and schedule our grocery delivery before our arrival. I am a retired YMCA professional, Seeing the Cannon Street YMCA building cornerstone added to making my stay extra special!

Kitchen was well equipped, space was immaculate. Close to king street to walk to shopping and eating. Sugar bakery is next door, Holey bagel/coffee shop close by. Host was responsive and clear. I would definitely book this place again.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient

My team members and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of privacy and space for each of us while also having nice common areas. Convenient to King Street restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Fantastic launching point downtown

It was just the home base a bachelor party could ask for with enough beds for everyone in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes from downtown.

Loved the location. One of the rooms wasn't set up the way I had requested and one of the rooms (the last one at the very top) wasn't the quality of the others. There wasn't a real closet and the bathroom had a curtain so that was disappointing when compared to the others, but overall, the place was perfect! Having the ice machine was fantastic too.

Great Trip!

This house was perfect for our group size. Each room had very comfortable beds and had an attached bathroom which made getting ready a breeze. It was a quick walk to King St. which helped significantly and we had zero issues at all. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling!

Downtown Property

This property was the perfect walking distance to King street! We were able to hold our entire group with more than enough room. Very clean and the property manager was very prompt and responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was cozy and easy to access. Walkable to a bunch of shops and entertainment. The property manager was very responsive and helpful for any questions that popped up. The beds were comfortable. The luggage lockers for check out day were a huge bonus. 100% will stay here again. You'll love it.

Quick wedding weekend

This rental is amazing. Everything we needed for 12 people. Communication with management was awesome. Clean and great location. I’d definitely book again.

Everything was fine.

We were there for a family reunion.My family stayed here while 20 others stayed elsewhere. We were close to King St, so it was a lot of fun. The Villa is well appointed and we all had enough room. A truly wonderful find!

Great Property

Convenient location, clean property, pet friendly. Fun, modern space for gathering together as a group, yet bedrooms are tucked away enough to allow for some privacy as well. The dedicated ice maker was the MVP of the week! This home made for a perfect "command central" for our family visit to Charleston.
