Condo was nice. Parking is very limited. Just one vehicle per condo is not enough when 2Families stay in condo. Of note, weeds were over growing walkway/ramp from parking lot to building. A bit of a hazard for some e like me in crutches.

Best rental in Garden City

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This will be our 4th stay at this property. Always clean, quiet and a spectacular view of the beach. Very close to restaurants and other activities. We will be renting again next year.

Fun on the Beach

Clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and cozy

Better location for toilet paper holder in second bathroom—may need to be freestanding. More effective vacuum—I acknowledge it’s the beach but there’s been sand on the balcony floor when we arrived both years.

Paradise for a month

Reviewer Comments: I wanted to take my elderly mother to the beach for some rest from doctors and appointments, so I called Garden City Realty and spoke with Emma. She listened to my needs and concerns and found me the perfect place. It is a great size, clean, had everything we needed, other than our personal items! We loved sitting on the screened in porch with the ocean right in front of us. The view from the kitchen makes you feel like you’re on the water!! I took a leap of faith and rented it on her recommendation and was very pleased.

High expectations. Disappointing results.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Sea Banks. Over the years, we've stayed there probably ten times. After a ten-year absence, our expectations were high. The cleanliness was fine. However, the Wi-Fi didn't work. It was faulty. We also found that the dishwasher was defective, as was the garbage disposal. The bathroom sink was clogged. Since it wasn't possible to contact the agency over the weekend, we had to wait until Monday to report everything that needed fixing. This was completed on Tuesday afternoon. The kitchen equipment wasn't all adequate: no pot with a lid, and about ten kitchen knives, none of which were sharp. We prefer to cook our own meals rather than eat out, so this was very inconvenient. After the repairs were completed, no one contacted us, either to offer an apology or any kind of compensation.

Excellent vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year I have rented this unit. This year we stayed for 2 weeks. I love being right on the beach and with a 2 year old who loves the water I couldn't ask for more. The unit was spotless and it's so comfortable. We'll definitely be back. The one discouraging thing this year was the Sargent General HOA owner. She either didn't have anything to do or just walked the halls at different times of day making sure everything was in order. Very discouraging for units being rented. Did not run into this last year so I was surprised this year. Won't keep me from renting my favorite place.

Reviewer Comments: The condo unit and location are wonderful we have stayed in different units for 20 years, but the unit above us had to have 20 people and kids running back and forth from morning to night. Which sounded like they were coming through the ceiling it was miserable to try and sleep or relax.

Faces right to the beach. We were lucky and had two days with no humidity so sitting out there was outstanding. Screened in so no bugs. Unit was exceptionally clean. Couple of things need repair in the unit, but nothing that would be a deal breaker. Would love to rent for 2 weeks next year.

Clean and well maintained.No issues with the condo but very disappointed in the way I was talked to by the rental company over parking. Received an accusatory phone call that the HOA president contacted your office and said I had 3 cars parked on the property only to find out that the parking passes on the other 2 vehicles had parking tags on them that were issued by your office to people renting unit 302. The parking passes had a series of numbers on them not the unit number. It caused a lot of confusion not only for myself but the guests that were renting unit 302. I have a long rental history with your company and did not appreciate the way I was addressed about this matter. No apology was given to me after it was clear that the problem was caused by your office.

Nice but bad timing

The codo is very nice and but there was major work being done that week. Hammering and wet paint and the porch was torn up so we couldn't use it at all. We left early.
