Welcome to our dreamy Vacation condo with Direct Ocean/ beach/pool view.
1-Bedroom with 1-bathroom, 2 King beds.

Ideal for couples and families with kids. Centrally located 10' from Hollywood Broadwalk, 15' from Aventura Mall/Gulfstream Mall, 15' from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, 20' from FLL Airport

THE APARTMENT
Welcome to our spacious, modern 1 bed/ 1 bath Sweet Vacation Oasis.
Approximately 874 sq ft of space are made available to you with tons of character and southeast facing patio windows.

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious 1 bedroom with King sized bed, comfortable Mattress, king-size pillows, king-size duvet cover, large window facing the ocean, Blackout blinds. The bedroom is equipped with 2 nightstands with bedside lamps on each side of the bed and a large dresser with drawers. Smart TV

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
Ikea trundle bed in the living room that can be extended into a king-size bed. It can accommodate 2 adults with a memory foam Mattresses, queen size pillows, and queen-size duvet cover. Blackout curtains in the living room to ensure quality sleep.

A full-sized mirror closet with hangers is available in the main entrance with an iron, an iron board, beach chairs and umbrella.

BATHROOM
Tiled bathroom with modern finishes, glass shower
• hand towels, bath towels.
• Hairdryer.


KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped


ENTERTAINMENT
Sit back and relax in the living room and enjoy your favorite movies and shows on a Smart TV equipped with cable and Netflix. Complimentary fiber-optic WIFI.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a high-end Italian Design sofa that will leave you wishing you had more time to just veg out on the couch! Three coffee tables that are convenient should you decide to eat in front of a good movie. Modern light. Blackout curtains.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM and TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chipcard that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chipcard at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs 2$/use, Dryer costs 2$/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)

1) Key Fob (Subject to change without prior notice, non-refundable fee)
Upon your arrival, you will need to pay an activation fee of U$D30 for each key FOB purchased. One key fob must be purchased for 2 adults. Two key fob must be purchased for 3 or 4 adults.  Key FOB gives you access to building facilities, common areas (gym, pool, beach). This fee in payable on site upon your arrival at the guest office of the resort (by credit card only).
This fee is not included in the price of your stay.

2) Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want" (Subject to change without prior notice)

Upon arrival, you must also pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Covered and non-covered parking lots are available.

Parking fees are payable in cash or by credit card (cash is preferred if the credit card processing system is out of order):

- 1 Week: $100
- 2 Weeks: $125
- 3 Weeks: $150
- 1 Month: $175


*Note: the resort asks for a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.
*Parking fees are subject to change.

3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and have your packages delivered at the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.

1. Check-In
The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests.

2. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises.

3. Subletting the Rental
Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

4. Responsibility
The occupants must comply with all resort rules and guidelines for the pool, gym, and beach areas. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents.

5. Swimming Pools
The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

6. Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles.

7. Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time.

8. Garbage
Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute.

9. Laundry Card
A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the 1st floor.

10. Air Conditioning
To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs.

11. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit, throughout the resort, and in the lobby of each building. Access to the internet room shall require prior approval from the front desk or security service.

12. Security
Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob or ID to unlock.

13. Events and Gatherings
Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.

14. No Open Flames
Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas.

15. Illegal Activity or Substances
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action.

16. Moving Furniture
Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out.

17. Cancellation Policy
The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations. Guests are advised to read more about the cancellation policy at https://www.airbnb.com/home/cancellation_policies#strict.

We had a great time. The place was clean and spacious. Easy to get around. We felt very secure with the fob system. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Bugs

Tiny little bugs in our food, all of tge counters, sink, cabinets and through out tge house. We had no choice but to keep all food in the refrigerator. Host offered to have an exterminator mid vacation. We declined do to not wanting to be exposed to chemicals during our stay.

Clean and close to Beach

We had a wonderful time in this spacious unit with a fully-equipped kitchen. The resort is beach front with a nice pool area. There was also great parking.

Great Stay!

Overall nice property. The view from this room was great! Jessica the host was good at communicating and giving us easy instructions to follow for check-in and check-out. Pool was perfect. Beach chairs in the room were a plus! Loved the stay. Will definitely come back again!

Biggest decision - beach or pool

Our stay at this VRBO property was lovely! The location couldn't have been better, right on the beach with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The pool was a huge plus, offering a refreshing dip after a day in the sun. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in seamless. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with the added luxury of a pool.

Let The Tides float your worries away!

Other than a Check-In process that feels like The Amazing Race (Tip-the Office is on the right of the parking garage, the Unit is on the left), this Hallandale Condo is perfectly adequate for a wonderful beach get away, including chairs, umbrella & toys on a beautiful beach + a heated pool, gym and onsite cafe that delivers. Great views!!! Grocery - Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart all near. Choose Publix unless you're curious to see how shopping works after the apocalypse. Restaurants - GG's Waterfront was amazing and gorgeous on the water dining. Le Tub is a fun dive bar on the water, known for 13oz burgers. Landshark Cafe sits on the Atlantic and offers consistency. Piola Pizza has a decent wood fired pie. The Area - Very international with plenty of Latin influence. You're as likely to hear Spanish as English being spoken anywhere you go. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great people watching on the beach with everyone from toddlers to grandparents enjoying themselves! Overall - I would return to this beautiful beach with easy access to Miami and Lauderdale and the Tides is a budget friendly "resort" experience that feels like you are travelling abroad!

Dated, Congested, Difficult To Get Around the Complex

The unit had both positives and negatives. The unit itself was dated. The kitchen was minimally stocked, lacking basic essentials like aluminum foil, wax paper, and adequate glassware. The bathroom was also very small, making it feel cramped. While there was a large closet, the light inside wasn’t working, which made it difficult to use at night. The furniture throughout the unit was not very comfortable, which made it harder to relax.On the positive side, there was sufficient beach equipment available, which was a nice touch.However, the check-in process was cumbersome. Since we arrived after 5 PM, we couldn’t get the parking pass (which was an extra cost but clearly stated in the description) until the next morning. We had to rely on the valet staff to open the gate, which was inconvenient. We also couldn’t get the required fobs (another extra cost that was mentioned but not clearly explained in terms of what they were needed for), which were necessary for elevator access, floor access, certain doors, and moving around the grounds, including beach access.Navigating between the two towers and the parking garage was difficult. Additionally, the area was very congested due to its close proximity to the causeway and the number of high-rise hotels and condos, making traffic and navigating a challenge.Overall, while the unit served its purpose, the combination of outdated features, limited amenities, and logistical inconveniences made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped

State of Emergency, with no form of compensation

We were unable to travel to Florida, as the flights were canceled throughout the weekend due to weather and a State of Emergency in several counties to include this property. While outside of the cancelation window I understand, however zero offering was given knowing we book similar condo units in same building over 45 nights per year. Suggest renting from another owner in this condo complex. We asked for a simple cleaning fee to be returned however the owner stood her ground. What a shame!
