Check-in fees paid to the building are as follows;
Fob $30.00 electronic access key for building and amenities. Key fobs are required per 2 people, 14 years of age or older.

$7 for any packages delivered to the building.

Parking fees;

Bi-weekly parking fee for 14 days $125

Tri-weekly parking fee for 21 days $150

Monthly parking fee for 30 days $175

Parking Daily $20 unlimited in and out with validated tkt

Each parking tag requires a $20 refundable deposit
