Would definitely recommend for a family. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The area is bustling with other vacationers. The town has fun shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. The host makes it easy by providing beach chairs, a cooler, towels and all you need for a day at the beach. Clean, nice bedrooms and kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, No central AC but there are cooling units in each room that work fine. Beautiful place. Would stay again.

The location is amazing, the views are perfect, the unit was clean and comfortable, the beds too! I would highly recommend anyone staying here, we will definitely be back, already talking about it, longer next time!! Thank you so much for making my moms birthday perfect!!

We loved our stay here! It was so nice being right across the street from Sunset point and also easy walking distance to Hideaway Beach and the beach at the 1 Hotel. This particular villa was spectacular because it wasn’t visible from the street (blocked from view by beautiful foliage) and the other units were not easily seen from the balcony. It felt like you had a private view of the golf course and the mountains that overlooked Hanalei Bay.Also, the decor was perfect, beautiful and perfectly suited to the unit and the surroundings. Supplies were plentiful and felt generous, not stingy. It was great having beach, chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear available for use.

The property is exactly as described, and the view is incredible! I have absolutely no complaints. As others have noted, the A/C is loud and does not cool like central A/C units. With this said, the fresh air and crosswind is cool and refreshing. Both beaches near by are beautiful with quite a few stairs but worth it! The host was readily available, informative and helpful.

The host was very responsive to all my questions. The Hanalei Villas are very special to us. We love the privacy, location, and the amazing views. We call it our little treehouse. Love it so much!

Beautiful view and close to the beach

The place was nice and perfect for your family getaway to explore the island. The view was amazing and access to hideaways beach was great for snorkeling.

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway

Fantastic location with a beautiful, well appointed home. All new amenities and very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return to this house. Truly a 5-star house.

Beautiful, well-located condo

Our family of four enjoyed this spaced immensely. The furnishings are beautiful and the location is difficult to beat. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals, and the beds were comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to return someday.

This home was perfect for us. It was quiet and private. The views were amazing! Close to many beaches and resturants. We had two events at 1 hotel just a short walk down the street.

Awesome place to stay in Kauai!!!Amazing views, close to beaches, quiet neighborhood. 100% worth staying. 5 of us had plenty of room. Can’t wait to book it again in the firire.

Photos don’t capture how great this place is

We loved this place! Beautiful views and perfect location coupled with a tastefully decorated home. My family and I really loved staying here. Lauren was also extremely responsive and helpful which made our experience even better. Highly recommend. We look forward to returning!!

Paradise in Priceville

This property is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was nice and open. I would recommend this property for sure.
