We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Palms. It was the best view of the beach. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. My wife and I will definitely return.

Beautiful condo so relaxing and the resort has everything you would need and never have to leave the resort . Easy check in and not bad on the prices. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

This was a good budget condo. Maintenance was timely to respond and fix the balcony door that we couldn’t get open. The queen bed is very uncomfortable and the mattress on the pullout was like sleeping directly on springs. We purchased a mattress topper to put over the pull out to make it more comfortable for our 12 year old.

Perfect place

Place was perfect for a small family, it is on the 10th floor so kind of high for my liking, but over all perfect for what we needed!

great stay

My daughter and i were in town for a soccer tournament and this was a great place to kick back with teammates after her games. love the keypad entry, the view, and the short walk to the water. Everything in the condo was great for our needs.

Already planning next trip!

My husband and I really enjoyed our beach getaway. The location was awesome with such easy access to the beach. The views from the balcony were just perfect. The condo was as pictured. I would suggest updating the small appliances in the kitchen. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Beach

Perfect location, great views, very clean but dated.. needs an update. Bathroom tub is very high and no hand rails to hang on to when getting in and out.. this made it a little dangerous. Very quiet and we had perfect weather.. very easy to check in and out!! Make sure to read the things you need to bring with you.. we didn’t and where surprised.. but would rent it again!!

Girl's Getaway

My daughters and I took a quick trip for our first "girl's trip". We did not use the kitchen much, but it was supplied well when we did. We spent most of our time in the condo on the balcony listening to the waves. The resort is family-friendly and easy to navigate. The only con is that the condo door does not close completely unless you push or pull on it. Double-check when leaving to verify that the door it is closed an that the door will not just push open.

As expected

For a vacation rental, this was what I expected! Some of the dishes seemed dingy/stained, there were some stains on the ceiling, and the door is next to impossible to close. There were only 5 wristbands when we arrived, not the 6 listed, and no extra blankets. However, we washed the dishes, turned the heat up a little, and learned to really slam the door. The provided sponge, soap, and paper goods were wonderful and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Could be better

Got in, lamp missing a bulb, shower handle falls off, no sheets for the foldout sofa, sofa mattress is the worst one I’ve ever used, and the shower curtain was dirty. Contacted mgmt, they tried to resolve, but brought wrong stuff. We bought laundry soap and washed the one there. New bulb came next day. Only other comment is a suggestion for an entry rug to help cut down on the amount of sand throughout. Or even leave a broom on site. I’d stay again. It was still a great experience. Non-room related, having issues with the elevator was difficult.

Beach Property - Beautiful View

The price was right for the unit. We didn't use the kitchen much for cooking but it did look like there were the items you would need. There isn't a pantry so you don't have a place to put your groceries- snacks but on the counter top. We did use the washer and dryer every night- that was super nice. The AC is kicking and after long hot days it was super nice to sleep in a cool room. They provided a very nice amount of start up items until you can get to the store or bring your own. The beach and property are nice. So many things in walking distance if you don't have a car. We donated a couple of beach chairs to the closet so you are ready to relax and enjoy.

So I have to summarize this quickly. ZERO SPACE FOR FOOD THAT DOES NOT GO IN FRIDGE, has to go on what little counter you have. ZERO SPACE IN BATHROOM FOR PERSONAL ITEMS. No shelves or drawers and small sink area. Good luck girls! Handle fell of shower, switches that don’t turn on anything. Mold in washer, plugs don’t hold electronics so fall out. Door to liquid detergent fell off during spin cycle, chair at island seat broken, appliances out of date, touch up paint that didn’t match, little lighting and living room lamp bulb not working. Small bedroom and my bad for not paying attention it was a queen. I assumed if one bedroom it would be a king. Only one nightstand so other person has nothing to put stuff on next to their side of the bed. Bathroom doors knocking into each other. One from bedroom and one from hallway. Makes bathroom feel even smaller. Low ceilings in bathroom. Overall needs UPDATE! There were positives: good AC, nice views, clean, starter items. Resort negatives: get a chair as soon as possible. Main pool is nice but gets crazy in afternoon and towels are all over chairs. LOUD DJ in afternoon as well Positives: Starbucks, nice pools, good location, little market for quick bite and last min items or souvenirs, airbrush items, bar, kids splash pad, pool chair rentals if you choose with service.
