The building maintenance takes care of pest control. The unit has been thoroughly sprayed for bugs since your stay, we haven't seen any signs of bugs.

Thanks for your review. The shower liner had some small specks that were missed, we did replace it for you, and cleaned it up on the wall as well. The pool is cleaned every morning around 6am. We aren't aware of any elevators in Panama City Beach that have air conditioning, and the waiting area for elevators is outside so you can't possibly air condition the elevator waiting areas. You did come in the hottest month of the year in Florida, which could be part of your complaint. Come back in October when it cools down, you'll love it.

The registration fee is not because you have a reserved space, it's for the wristbands to be on-site and a parking permit. Guests that dont have a reserved space still pay the registration fee. Had you informed our office someone was parked in your reserved space, we would have towed them.

We're sorry there were a few oversights made by the cleaner prior to your arrival. Had you contacted us we would've happily addressed them. We do several deep cleans throughout the year, I'll make note of the paint and have maintenance address. Thank you!

Hi Maggie, when you called us and reported the items such as dust on the fan blades, we did inform you that that isn't something regularly done. We offered to move you 3 floors up to an end unit with a fantastic view. You commented that you would not be staying on a high floor. That statement made us believe that your original room being a high floor was actually the problem. We moved you to the 3rd floor. The only issue you noted was that there wasn't a deadbolt on the entry door. They aren't advertised as having deadbolts, and most of the condos in the building don't have deadbolts since the steel doors are only drilled for 1 lock. Regarding the frozen water, you did stay while the temperature was in the 20's which is uncommon in our area. The building had some pipes burst which caused water to leak down near the elevators. The building maintenance did eventually get the water/ice cleaned up from the walkways, but it took a few days since there were 21 floors that were impacted. They have to start from the top and work their way down, since any water spilled naturally goes down. Being on the 3rd floor, it appeared to you that nothing was being done while that was not the case.

Thanks for the feedback Clint, I looked into our correspondence from your stay and the only complaint I see that you wanted addressed was the bunk bathroom drain. We did send maintenance per your request to address the sink in the bunk room, and apologize for any miscommunication in the matter.. The AC unit is not designed to cool below 70 degrees.. This feature is used very commonly across rental properties to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. Fall break is a generally busy time in the area, as you mentioned this is a large facility and the busier times..in turn create more elevator traffic. We can always recommend times of the year that are more ideal if you are looking for a quieter, less crowded trip. Wish we would have had more of an opportunity to turn your stay around.
