A Sunshine Daydream - 30A Walk to the Beach and Cafes!

Sunshine Daydream is a completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, located right off scenic Highway 30A and is just 3 blocks from the beautiful sands of Seagrove Beach.

Sunshine Daydream boasts all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi throughout the house, streaming capable TV in the living room, master bedroom and bunk room and Blue-ray player in the living room. Our vast DVD collection offers something for everyone. And when down time is needed, you can enjoy an array of books, toys and games. On the exterior of the home, there is an EV charger for charging electric vehicles.

The kitchen is impressively stocked and has everything you need to cook any of your meals. Small appliances include coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster. Sunshine Daydream offers a private grill adjacent to the house. A full-size, side by side washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience as are plenty of towels for your needs. The house's outdoor shower is the perfect place to wash off sand from the beach!

Comfort awaits you in the highly styled master bedroom with a beautiful king bed, walk in closet and private bath. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, spacious closet and room-darkening curtains. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa.

This home is part of a 16-home development. Enjoy the community pool located steps from your front door. The lounging area is furnished with lots of chaises and outdoor dining tables, and an outdoor shower. And, there are also two charcoal grills to use under the pergola next to the pool. There are two parking spaces in front of Sunshine Daydream to use during your stay. Enjoy the front porch's two oversized Adirondack chairs, lots of room for your beach chairs, boogie boards plus has hooks for your towels and wet items.

An Excellent Spring Vacation

The accommodations were perfect for our visit. Close enough to good food, and close enough to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay on 30A

Wow, what a wonderful place to celebrate The holidays with our family! The house was immaculate, the location was amazing and our family simply loved this adorable beach house. Perfect for kids and pet friendly, which is what we are all about. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again!

Great House and Location

The property management team was excellent and very responsive. I sent e-mails several times and Justin responded immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed. The location to the beach was great and close to a few shops, etc.. We would use Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals again.

Would stay again!

Location was the best part! We got bikes and used those for getting around mostly. It was great to be able to have our dog there as well. Our unit's washer/dryer were very loud so I'd recommend using them when you're heading out for a little. After booking, it gave a notice that check-in could be as late as 6PM which did have us worried. However, ours was plenty ready and I saw other guests also access their units around the usual 4PM check-in. It was a great little size for our 3 day stay. We didn't go to the beach while there, so I can't contribute to the accessories they did or didn't have. Overall, great stay and wonderful location!!
