We had an incredible stay! The property and location exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the WiFi was reliable. The views were absolutely breathtaking—photos can’t do them justice. We highly recommend this home and would love to return one day!

Beautiful home, very comfortable. Amazing views. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to a market ghat has coffee, pastries, sandwiches and pizza plus anything else you can imagine. We loved out stay and will be back.

Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe

This property gave an exceptional view of beautiful Lake Tahoe. We stayed here with another couple, all adults. The house was perfect for our needs. We also were able to walk down to Meeks Bay Resort to the beach.

Picture Perfect

The location is truly a home away for anyone. From families to friends, to a romantic getaway. The views leave you memorized, the comfort(s) brings you zen and the accessibility to all things Tahoe are endless. The owners have thought of all accommodations from basics to out of the box.

What a view!

Very clean and hospitable. Great host to work with. Well equipped kitchen. Upstairs bed was very comfortable (we didn’t use the others) as was the living room furniture. Felt like someone was sharing their family home with us. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but away from the crowds. When Monica says lock your car doors and don’t leave food in them, that’s not a joke. We had a bear paw print in the dust on our car door ☺️ We had a great time!

Another Fabulous Vacation!!!

I invited my family and partner to spend the week at Tahoe. I cannot say enough good things about the cabin; we have come back year after year. It is not only the location or the cabin that make this place special! The owners last year responded immediately when we had phone and plumbing problems. This year they replied instantly when I could not work the lockbox. They are Super Hosts in every way. I feel privileged to rent a most magical spot from lovely people. Thank you for making my life more special, due to staying at your Tahoe cabin each year.

Great Cabin! Great Hosts!

Monica and John are wonderful hosts. Each time we stay in their cabin, they respond to all of our needs. The TV didn't work. This was important to my partner. John drove all the way to Tahoe to fix the TV! Impressive! This cabin is a joy. When I enter and see the view, my heart is happy. I've come to Tahoe my entire life. For the past several years we've enjoyed this cabin. It's an important part of my life. Thank you for making this possible, Monica and John.

Loved it

After viewing many homes in the Lake Tahoe area i deceided to chose this one. I could not of made a better choice. The house was everything depicted in the add and the price was reasonable compared to others. The view from the deck is breathtaking and Iloved sitting by the fireplace. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early because of a large storm. 10 feet of snow and 90 mph winds and highways shut down. The host was exceptional and worked with us on a partial refund. I would highly recommend this house and if I ever go back to Lake Tahoe I would stay at the same location.

Stunning views, great location, wonderful hospitality

We had a great time. Beautiful cabin with stunning views, lots of space for the family, and proximity to Homewood ski resort, Tahoe city, and Emerald Bay. We enjoyed skiing during the day and playing board games by the fire place at night. Great vacation. We’re grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We will be back.

Family Vacation

Wonderful setting with stunning views. Unfortunately we had quite the smokey weekend but enjoyed the cabin nonetheless. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location!

My extended family spent the Labor Day weekend at this home. We loved the location as it was so close to Meek’s Bay. The place had everything you need for a long weekend stay.

Peaceful Lake Tahoe

The view cannot be beat. You can walk across the road and site on the shores of Lake Tahoe, you can choose between a sandy beach at Meeks bay or the stony shore of Sugar Pine state park.

Best Hosts Ever!

I love VRBO! Have stayed at several. This property has wonderful hosts, on top of a fabulous vacation! I know the house and love it. We had a few hiccups and the owners fixed everything at a level that was more than to our satisfaction! They offered everything possible to make our stay great. They went above and beyond what is expected. Now the cabin: Could not be better! Have come to Tahoe my entire life. I adore everything about this place. Thank you Monica and John!

Loved it - awesome time there

Everyone said it but I'll say it again - the view is spectacular! Nothing like walking out onto the deck and seeing that lake view. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Monica was very responsive. Recommend - especially if you have a family or a number of friends since there are so many beds.

Amazing location and property

Our stay here was one of the best vacations we ever experienced. From the moment we drove up we knew it was going to be great. The location is perfect! It is just far enough away from the traffic of Tahoe City and South Lake Tahoe, but close enough to groceries and activities. The beach across the street is great. We grilled out on the deck and enjoyed the view every night. The house lacked for nothing. We had everything that we needed. I definitely plan to book this property again.

Wonderful stay!

Love walking into this cabin. Love the location, cleanliness and the consideration of the owners. This is truly their personal cabin. It has a family history. And they share it with us, the lucky people who have the pleasure of seeing Lake Tahoe at its finest.

Amazing View. Great location with easy access to everything Lake Tahoe has to offer. Good Value🧡.

We arrived and were stunned by the view when we walked it. It’s clean, well stocked with essentials, very comfortable, easy to find. Monica was wonderful to work with. We’ll return!

Amazing view of the lake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is in an amazing location and the view from the deck is breathtaking! It was a very quick walk down to the beach. We definitely plan to stay here again!

This was an excellent experience, would definitely stay here again. The views were as advertised and close to so many activities! The house was stocked with everything you could ever need and super comfortable. The perfect Tahoe cabin experience!
