This was our first trip to Myrtle. The room was very clean and the check-in process was super simple. The best feature of this stay was the Oceanfront view and location directly on the beach. The host was super friendly and always quick to communicate. Would stay again.

Wonderful property! Fit my needs perfectly! Clean, quiet, right on the beach, and easily accessible to restaurants. Nice balcony to watch the ocean waves from while eating breakfast! Julie is a very responsive host! Very helpful! Will definitely be back!

The perfect space if you aren't planning to be in your room for extended amounts of time. Facility is nice. Several restaurants close by to choose from. Beach view was great. Room was nice. First was very communicative

Room was great as far as location. It basically was close/on the beach and a great view of the ocean. Room was a little dated with some paint peeling and there wasn’t much in the way of kitchen supplies considering cost to rent for a week. Not even paper towels and there is no stove only a microwave. The fridge is not full size either.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I paid extra for an early check-in at 12:00 PM, only to receive a text around 10:00 AM saying my room would not be ready until 2:00 PM. When I finally got into the room, there was water all over the floor. I had to call maintenance, and they didn’t finish addressing the issue until around 3:30 PM, which delayed my ability to settle in and enjoy my stay.To make matters worse, I then had to argue with management just to get my early check-in fee refunded since I never received the service I paid for. Another major frustration was that there is no actual person available to answer the phone. All communication is handled through text messages, making it difficult to get timely assistance or resolve issues when something goes wrong.Overall, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Between the delayed check-in, the maintenance issues, the hassle of obtaining a refund, and the lack of direct customer service, this stay did not meet my expectations. I hope the property improves both its room readiness and customer service for future guests.
