A unique stylish Hideaway Home equipped with all the amenities to make your stay smooth and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with LED nightstands that have USB Plugs & Power outlets for easy charging accessibility. Master bedroom is equipped with 50 inch Tv to match the living room Tv. House is filled with unique pieces of wall art and LED lights all around the house. We have outside cameras recording at all times for your protection and protection of the property. Very comfortable property and quiet neighborhood.

Guest will have Full access to the entire home.

Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever.
Host will be fair and treat each violation on a case-by-case basis, but will impose a 3-strike policy with ALL guests. Noise complaints, or complaints of any kind, from surrounding neighbors will constitute 2 strikes - potentially 3 strikes (grounds for removal) depending on severity.
Absolutely no Parties or Events.
Quiet Hours after 10pm - specifically outdoor noise.
Outside noise must be limited to align with surrounding area AT ALL TIMES.
Occupancy restricted to 16 persons.
Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.
Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest's personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest's stay.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
If requesting early check-in or late checkout, Host must be notified prior to confirming reservation.
