The condo was beautiful and perfect space for 8 of us! Were a bit disappointed in cleanliness. Floors and coffee pot were not clean, but checkin and ability to chat with Host, pool and beach access were amazing!

The condo was amazing! Big and beautiful with all the amenities! The check in process was very confusing! Need more clear directions and we arrived at 5:45 pm and there was nobody at the desk to give us our parking passes or bracelets.. and that’s fine.. if some info was given in the email or a sign on the desk stating this info. But our trip was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Condo was wonderful. We had 4 couples plenty of room. Very clean. Views were amazing.

Great Stay

The condo was wonderful. The building team was attentive and prompt. If we make our way back to orange beach, this is where I will stay.

Beautiful place

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We had 14 family members and it never felt cramped. The cousins especially loved the bunk room where they all slept. The floor to ceiling windows with the view are breathtaking. It was nice having a ramp for our beach cart. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

The condo was amazing!! It was extremely clean which is very important to me. It was decorated beautifully, very spacious and had everything we needed. If you are planning a trip to the Gulf, I would highly recommend this condo!!!

Beautiful views from 24th floor. Dining inside and outside, which we love for enjoying games, meals, sunsets and the view. Children especially enjoyed the lazy river and pools. Your home is nicely appointed and comfortable. Thank you for sharing with us.

It fit our party of 8 very comfortably with plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a HUGE plus! The kitchen was spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo for adults and kids

The property was beautiful and very nice. The pool area was very usable and the kids loved it. They could take a break from the beach and have fun in the lazy river or the big slide. Parking was plentiful and a quick access to the elevators was nice for loading and unloading. The condo and other areas were very well kept. Ice maker at bar was a blessing with 10 people in the condo. Bring extra towels and wash cloths only 4 per room unless you want to do laundry every day.

Wonderful and spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely. A great layout, especially with multiple families. The kids bunk room was a HIT. Our only issues were 1) the dryer buzzer sounds like it’s drying to wake the dead. It buzzes for at least a minute straight at an unreasonable volume. We accidentally did clothes early the first day and woke the entire condo. 2) the tv in the den cannot maintain a volume.

It was so loud that we couldn’t use it when the baby was sleeping. It could wake the dead! Despite this, we had a great overall experience.

Beautiful place, just like the photos, no complaints at all, we loved it. Comfortable beds, nice balcony, well stocked kitchen items, nice clean place. Loved that the pool/lazy river was open till 11pm. No problems at all, we had a great vacation here and would definitely stay in this condo again.

BEST vacation spot for beautiful beaches and family fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 stayed at Phoenix Towers in unit 2404. This unit is over 2000 sq.ft. of beauty and convenience. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom. One of them also has a door to the hallway. This unit's balcony is spacious and well stocked with a bar height 4 seater table, a 6 top picnic style table, two Adirondack chairs with a small table. The spectacular view is all the way down the beach to the East and to the West. The living/dining spacious area has two walls of beautiful windows and views. We had 7 adults and 5 children ages 2 - 11. Everyone was comfortable! They have a well stocked bar area and kitchen with appliances and kitchen tools/utensils/dishes/drinkware/silverware, etc. The reception hosts were fantastic. The security personnel were very accommodating, pleasant and vigilant about keeping us safe in the parking area and in the recreation areas. The boardwalk to the beach is very nice. The chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach were great. There was also plenty of room if you have brought your own. Children and adults had so much fun on the waterslide, and in the lazy river. The indoor pool will be excellent for rainy days. Access to stores and eateries of all types are nearby.
