Great spot, Great amenities! Clean, and roomy. Love that everyone has their own bathroom! Large common space to hang out. And enough chairs for everyone. Very impressive view. We very much enjoyed the lazy river! Easy access to the beach. And indoor pool with hot tubs was a bonus for the rainy days! Very accommodating to their guests.

This condo overlooked the pool and the gulf. The kids really enjoyed the water slide and everyone enjoyed the lazy river and zero entry pool. It was a great place to stay!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this unit, and it was perfect. Low enough floor that we park on the same floor in the garage, and we could see all our family floating in the lazy river. The unit had every single thing we needed in regards to the kitchen, which we are so grateful for (we do all our cooking and eating there). Each room was clean with sheets, towels and plenty of pillows. We love the balcony off of each room, and the main balcony is wear we ate breakfast and dinner. The slide was down when we were there, so the kids were bummed. But we still had the best time. We can’t wait to come back next year.

An amazing time i had with my family of three other adults and three children 7-14. I injoyed the private bathroom setup. I'm lookjng forward to returning, probably with a smaller party though.Great layout and location.

This property was cmvery spacious with a great view. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the wonderful beach and pools. The kitchen, however, moght have been the least well-equipped Ive ever stayed in. There were only 5 dinner knives and no teaspoons. Overall, though, a great property.

Pre Christmas Getaway

Great location, minor issues but the property manager addressed very promptly. The view was amazing and great to wake up to every morning.

This is a beautiful condo! Beautifully decorated and the view is amazing. Very clean, and lots of room in the condo. Small problem with the dishwasher, but that was taken care of promptly by the owner.

The condo was easy to get to and checking in was super fast. Condo was bigger than the pictures showed and the view was amazing! Everything to do and eat were super close . 5 star rating!

Amazing condo and property

Our condo was spectacular, 4 bedroom with an end unit balcony, the whole thing was breath taking. The properry offered so many amenities, the slide and lazy river were my grandkids favorite. I will definately book at Phoenox West again

Wonderful vacation place!!

Loved the keyless entry to the condo. The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room to gather. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were suppled with everything we needed for a great stay. Also great communication with the management!! Responded quickly when we were having trouble with the keypad on our arrival. We’ll definitely return!!

Awesome place

Very pleased with our stay the condo was perfect for our whole family plenty of room and the views were incredible. The property is very nice and clean, there were employees constantly picking up trash around the grounds. Very family oriented and take care of their guest. Some reviews about the furniture it was fine I wouldn’t put nice stuff in a condo that people don’t really care about taking of it either. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and spacious

Loved our summer family vacation in 409!! The rockets on the balcony were just perfect after a Long Beach day. The dual head showers felt wonderful. Only thing we’d change is replacing the pillows in all rooms they are super flat zero head support. That’s all! Bring your pillow and have a wonderful time making memories.

The condo would have been great except the bugs. The flies, stink bugs, gnats and dragon flies were awful. Should have had some fly traps or bug devices to keep insects out or as a deterrent.☹️ One of the ladies almost tripped over trying to fight bugs. They were just awful and made for a less than great experience.

Condo #409

Stayed 3 nights in #409 with grandchildren that had never been to our beaches. They’ve only been to beaches in CA. It was very uncomfortable with AC not working for our entire stay. Alabama Getaway was prompt answering phone but never offered us any type of refund for our discomfort, only had 3 fans delivered to us on the 2nd day. This is the reason for a 1 star review.

Family Affair with 8 adults & 2 infants

Overall, positive experience & very 😃 pleased. With the exception of… Two things though… 1) The additional requirement to pay $165 parking fees beyond all other add on fees and, in general, the add on fees over our many years of renting vacation properties are ever-increasing & inflating the overall cost more & even more each year & will eventually lead us to make different choices for a vacation plans. 2) Also, air condition was struggling at 80 & was not working properly for two days during our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect! My favorite things were the corner view of the beach & the balcony.
