Beach view was great! Condo had nice decor and there was plenty of seating inside and out which was nice.

We had a beautiful family spring break and the condo was great! The patio with the great furniture was our favorite. The only thing we missed that we get with private owned condos is the "extras" like beach toys and beach chairs, condiments in the cupboard, those type of things. We also love getting a code in email and going straight to our condo vs. going to the realty to check in.

Wonderful family stay!

The condo was clean, the view beautiful, and the property was great for our family! I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking and the extra blankets provided that really made it feel like home! We would happily return!

Nice and comfortable!

Condo was nice well maintained and enjoyed our stay there. Sandy Key is located so close everything you did not have to go far to get what you needed. Can’t really rate the kitchen we did little cooking but appeared to have most of what you needed. I would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our week stay at Sandy Key. Everything was very clean, the views beautiful, and the condo was lovely! Everything you need (including hair dryers)Only complaints are how very early the pool closes and the masted bed needs an upgrade. They graciously got us a topper that helped a little but we appreciated the effort. Overall it was a wonderful spot! We enjoyed The Islander and the Sunset Grille was also great!

Short Getaway

My daughter and I stayed at Sandy Key for a short getaway. The condo was ready early and was spotless. Check-In was very easy. It was just as pictured. There were even a few nice surprises! Check-out was just as simple. We would definitely consider using this condo again.

Family softball vacation

We came down for daughters senior softball spring break vacation / softball playing . We have stayed at perdido all 4 years 2 years behind sandy keys past 2 years at sandy keys really enjoy the anemities at sandy keys live the location very quirt and slow paced area but close enough to the hustle and bussle of orange beach and surrounding areas beach access is awesome pools hot tub and rooms are spacious and comfortable . The staff from perdidodo rwality are always friendly and courteous helpful as always enjoyed our stay thanks for making our stay specialkeys

The condo was nice except the beds were very uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on cement! Elevators at the building were slow and only one worked! With the pool closing at dark we were not able to enjoy it in the evenings.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry the beds felt too firm — we have inspect the mattresses and are working on replacing the king mattress. HOA has repaired the elevators and all are currently fully operational. Pool hours are set by the building/HOA, but we do know they are working on adding pool deck lighting this winter that will allow for after dark operations of the pools for the future. First off I have never stayed at Perdido Key before and now knowing the layout I would likely choose to stay closer to Orange Beach but if you want quiet this was a great place to stay. Overall the building was fine. There are the usual issues of one of the elevators being next to the trash chute so it always smelled not so nice. If you have a tall family please be aware that the guest bedroom and the hall bath are very SHORT ceilings. My daughter is almost 6 foot and she felt like the rooms were 'cave like". Also you can hear the elevator gears ALL DAY and NIGHT so bring a white noise machine. We had an plumbing issue and it took two different calls to get it resolved. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Please read the suggested items to bring. Bring sharp knives. If you cook there are NO oven MITS. No liquid cup measure. So bring what you need. Some great restaurants. If you are gluten free PLEASE eat at Bushwackers landing. ALL fried foods are done GLUTEN free (we went twice) Enjoyed the Sushi at Jellyfish, and went to the POINT for grilled seafood.
