This stay is part of our house separated by a door from our living space and includes of several amazing amenities.
Relax at this centrally located oasis themed house newly built with one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen, and backyard patio area. Enjoy a Queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress and an extra twin sized bed or sit back and watch a movie in the oasis themed living room with two sofas. Gather with friends or family on the outdoor patio featuring overhead lights. We assure you that you will love your stay at the Oasis!

Please Read:
We will be in the opposite part of the house while guests stay. All spaces pictured are private. We are located in a very laid back area just outside of Downtown (15-20) minutes and The Domain. Includes a gorgeous backyard patio area, community pool, and community grill/playground.
We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with several walking paths.

This home is the perfect mix between comfy and modern and perfect for families or friends!

Nice place

We went to Austin for a short stay to come see the April 8 eclipse and found this place to stay. Nice cozy place, plenty of space for two people. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to downtown Austin and other nearby areas. Host was readily available to answer all my questions. Some reviewers have mentioned the fact that this place is shared by other people, this was stated in the description and the host asked me if I was ok with that before the stay. The host lives in the property, however the living space and patio is separate and private. We heard voices and some noises through a door in the kitchen but never anything disturbing or annoying and the door was never opened while we were there. Don’t worry too much about that. Our only additional comments are that there is no iron and board available and no broom and dust pan to help keep the place tidy.

Clean but misleading

The property is in a shared house and had nice amenities and very clean. We enjoyed our stay; however, the property states it sleeps 6 which was misleading. The listing states it includes 2 sofa beds. The sofa beds are not beds - they do not pull out. They are just sofas. One sofa is large enough to sleep someone tall, however the other sofa would not be a comfortable to sleep laying fully down. We had four people and it was hard to sleep. There is one queen size bed which sleeps 2, a small cot which sleeps 1 and the sofas. There is a sleeping bag which I guess would be how the sixth person sleeps. Overall it was a nice stay and luckily someone in our group was okay with sleeping on the couch but if there was one more person, there would’ve been a problem. I would stay here again but it would be great if the bed situation was more accurately represented on this listing!

Clean and Welcoming

The host was helpful and made sure that we were comfortable in our stay. The property is on the back of the house, but they respected our privacy. It was very clean and even included snacks and waters. 10/10 would recommend!

True to name “Oasis”

We were greeted with a wild bunny in the back yard. Grapevines growing up the pergola was a nice touch. Extremely clean! Living room furniture was new and very comfortable. The sleeping accommodations were great. One suggestion- a king sized bed would fit perfectly in the room with room to spare. All that was advertised was accurate . We did not have access to the thermostat to turn it down but we managed this just fine. We will definitely book this again.
