Lay Lake Cabin @ Piney Point on Peckerwood Creek!

Built in 2020, this lake cabin is perfect for relaxing off the beaten path. Three bedroom, two bath with semi-open living and dining area is great for hanging out. Lots of great natural light to let the lake views in! Large front porch and stone patio invite you to just be outside and soak it all in! Or you can go to the main boathouse and spend the day getting some sun, fishing, or swimming. Separate pier on the other side of the point is also excellent for a fish or swim. Water is 8' deep off the end of the docks, perfect for swimming. Home has DISH TV for rainy days. Just 10 minutes from Pursell Farms, it's perfect for golfers or wedding guests who wants to be close by but have a private house on the water all to themselves. Book today!

It's a beautiful house. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and quiet. We enjoyed fishing. The only downside is we couldn't sit outside on the deck because the ants would cover us in seconds.

This delightful cabin was clean and so peaceful!! What a lovely place for a getaway. The host was wonderfully responsive and even left a basket of treats.We will definitely book this again if back in the area!!

Amazing stay on the lake with a beautiful view. Loved being in the woods and close to the golf course. Hosts were responsive and checking in and out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent trip! The property hosts have done a great job at anticipating your every need as the home is well appointed with all the conveniences of home. Great communication with the hosts. Directions were excellent, as well. As a potential guest I would suggest bringing bug zapper, or the like, as bugs on the lake and in the summer months are inevitable. Thanks for a great weekend! We will absolutely be back!

The cabin was very nice and relaxing. It had everything we needed and the location was beautiful. It is a bit out of town but not too far and it was nice and peaceful.

We could not say more positive things about this house. Clean and comfortable and in a beautiful setting. We were attending a wedding at nearby Pursell Farm and it was so convenient yet removed enough that we got a little rest too!

My college girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this perfect little house on the lake! The property is 100% as listed and the host was super. The lake was peaceful and quiet-the perfect retreat spot away from it all. Our experience was truly lovely. Thank you John for being a wonderful host!

We (John and Kay) live outside of Birmingham, Alabama on a mini farm. We LOVE the lake and how when we get here, it's always hard to leave! We bought this house brand new in 2021 and have put a lot of work in the landscaping and exterior spaces to get it to the place where it is now- and it's time to share the place with others!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Less than 30 minutes from 280 and just 10 minutes from Pursell Farms, it's close enough to civilization while also feeling rural. We've loved being on the creek instead of the main channel because boat traffic is very minimal and it's a fun, safe place to be on the water. Lots of great shade and good water to swim and fish in. Perfect to relax and get away from it all!
