5 Bed rooms - 3.5 bathrooms, 2 bunk houses, sleeps 15 easy - 20 people if you have children and they don't mind the sofa. Commerical kitchen, 8 kayaks, washer and dryer, 2 shady pavilions, secure swim area, fishing dock, poker table. Great place if you need room for large families, or just need a place to chill out with that special someone! House has direct tv for your choice of sports, and is now set up with Wi-fi.

It was a very pleasant stay

My family really loved this place. It was large and accommodated our entire family. The location was absolutely beautiful and it was nice to be right on the lake.

This house is amazing!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were plenty of beds for us to spread out and the deck and lake view was wonderful. We look forward to booking this property again next year for our Board's retreat and meeting.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. House is a little aged but it being right on the lake was great. Driveway is a little steep but we had a four wheel drive truck. Wish you had a cleaning station for fish but all in all we had a great trip.

This house is set up perfectly for a family vacation. I have so many child hood memories growing up just down the street and this house was large enough to fit the entire family. Best present I've ever given myself. Thank you

Top Notch Getaway

During our 6 day stay, we had such a fun and memorable time. The house has EVERYTHING! There are coffee pots, a French press and a coffee grinder. Also, any appliance you might need and several sets of dishes. The huge kitchen grill/griddle we used more than the stove for preparing food for 7-15 people. We brought jet skis and used the dock to launch. We used the paddle board and kayaks and fished every day. Truly a great place to gather.

Most awesome house on the lake!!

We had an absolutely AMAZING time!! House was perfect, location was perfect, swimming area was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone! Mr. Chip was just a call away when I did need to ask a question.. This is our 3rd year staying here and we cant wait to come back next year! We love the memories we make here with our babies. Oh yeah and the Kayaks are an absolute hit with the kids and adults! 10/10 recommend to anyone! The host and the house are the BEST!!!! Thank you again for letting us use yalls lake sopt for our yearly family vacation 💚 The Joiners and crew

Beautiful spot for a small wedding or gathering!

Chip’s place is a beautiful, peaceful lake front property with SO much space. We held rehearsal and a small wedding/reception here with about 50-60 people and the wedding party was able to stay here for the weekend (about 20 people) and it slept everyone comfortably! The kitchen is beautiful and huge and has everything you would need and there was a large, beautiful dining room table. It has several bathrooms and is equipped with a washer and dryer (and plenty of towels/wash rags/etc). The check in and checkout process was super simple. Chip was very responsive and overly accommodating and we could not have asked for a better host. The fire pit was a big hit on the chilly nights. The patio was everyone’s favorite place because of the beautiful views of the lake and the serene setting. The living room was very cozy and the guys enjoyed the setting to kick back and watch football. We will never forgot the memories made here, and I would highly recommend this gem to anyone!!

We had a group stay here with family from Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Florida all able to come together in one house comfortably thanks to this home. Everyone had a great time at the lake house. We played cards, swam, kayaked, and paddle boarded. We made meals together in the well-equipped kitchen... We made great memories at the house. Thank you so much!

Perfect family gathering!

We have visited others at this property before, and knew it would be perfect for our own large family gathering. We had 15 people (plus a newborn) staying in the home, and there was no shortage of space. The kitchen was well stocked and had two fridges. The owners had practically everything we needed from towels to extra blankets, laundry detergent, etc. The view of the lake is amazing and there were so many water toys to entertain kids, young and old. We look forward to returning here next summer!

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and I loved the flat top! It made it so easy to cook for everyone. Kids loved the paddle boards and even rowed over to the marina next door to eat lunch. The fried pies were amazing! We shared lots of laughs and made a lot of memories! Thanks for sharing your home with us

Great for families.

Great for family gatherings (grandmas to little ones); love the kayaks and paddle boards; kids enjoy fishing from the pier; decks are perfect for just sitting or reading or watching birds or boats go by; home is clean and the host is always pleasant and easy to work with.

Feels like home!

This lakehouse really feels like someone's home and not a sterile vacation property. The furniture is comfortable and mismatched, the kitchen has an amazing flat top, and the lake acces is perfect

Last time we will stay here

We been to this house for several years, ants every year, worse this year. Trash under beds, dishwasher was dirty,ice machine didnt work host didnt reply about it. Bedroom door dont shut all the way. Ac didnt work last night and flooded hall
