Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi — please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you experience more than normal pest activity, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the HOA.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of small island wildlife — including geckos, ants, and roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living.
