Welcome home to the Summerhill Island Croft on beautiful Whidbey Island in Lovely Langley by the Sea. Where relaxation is ripened to perfection in any season. Perfect setup for BOATERS AND FISHERMAN! We have secure parking, easy turnaround for boat and trailer that is close to Clinton Ferry terminal. Our rustic log home with a wonderful view of the sound is complete with walking trails, beach access, fruit trees and, of course we don't charge extra fees for you to bring your furry best friend as we trust our guests to keep our place tidy. Quite a deal! Come kick your feet up and relax on our 2.5 acre piece of paradise. WONDERFUL!

Great hosts, charming cabin, so comfortable! Lots of dvd’s to catch up on,, and the WiFi was great. Close to downtown Langley too. Really could not have been better!

Relaxing

Quiet, comfortable, peaceful. Did some writing. Easy access to Langley and all of South Whidbey. Hosts caring and friendly. And delicious cookies to boot!

Quiet and Tranquil

This property was excellent...quiet, peaceful, just what I needed, no more; no less. Lots of land surrounding, with areas to walk and explore. No real kitchen, but microwave oven, toaster oven, mini fridge, and the host left lots of goodies to eat. Excellent bed. If you want a place to relax and unwind, this is it! There is a good restaurant and market about 2 miles south, and the town of Langley is a short distance to the north. Great for one or two people, but can sleep more if necessary. Trisha is a great host! Not good for kids...best for adults who want peace and quiet, not too far from town.

Weekend at whidbey

The property is close to grocery store and bagel place and hy 525. The property is wonderful. Our host provided so much i did not expect. Quiet and privacy. The thought of so many little details that made our stay comfortable.

Wonderful and relaxing stay with our dog

Two of us stayed here with our little dog. It was perfect. Trish was an amazing host. She made the space so cozy. Barry made us homemade cookies, and their dog Hawkeye was a sweetheart. The location is quiet and peaceful. The space was clean and comfortable. We were so happy to find this place!

Wonderful log cabin feel

We had a restful, comfortable, and adventurous stay. Lots of beautiful places to see and hike and the perfect retreat to come back to with everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave!

It was so wonderful and way more than we expected. Trish and Hockeye met us and showed us the room and walked us around the property. It was comfortable and lovely. We will likely return!

Wonderful experience!

Trish and Barry provide a peaceful property to go relax. It is a perfect location to then explore all the island has to offer. It was so nice being able to have our dog with us and we were provided with extra’s we were surprised with but so appreciated. These are the hosts that give meaning to Super Host status.

It had a welcoming and safe theme of lighthouses. They guide seafaring folks to safety and we felt welcomed to a cozy and comfortable home away from home.

The perfect hostess and a lovely spot

A Lovely property, luxurious room, and warm cookies out of the oven upon arrival! There is a place in the vine covered hills of Alba Italy that almost rivals this but otherwise this is the nicest bed and breakfast I've ever visited!

Whidbey Island Stay

This was a great location to stay to visit the island. Less than 10 minutes from the ferry and easy to navigate the sites and restaurants that we wanted to visit. Trish went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable for us and our fur baby.

We had a great stay! Trish was very welcoming, and there were lots of snack, including delicious homemade cookies! The room was very comfortable, and had a nice deck to sit out and enjoy the sun. The amenities were great, and it looks even nicer than in the photos!

Cozy cabin

Trish is warm and friendly and her husband bakes yummy treats. Their place has everything you need for a couple nights stay. Bed is comfortable and private deck was perfect for a relaxed morning to enjoy the property views so our dogs could be about. Hawkeye their dog is a sweet old man happy to have guests about.

Lovely island retreat

Summerhill Croft was a cozy and peaceful spot. The cabin vibes suit the island getaway feeling, and there's a little corner of ocean and mountain view across the meadow. There were snacks (even homemade cookies!) and all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed looking through the books. Trish was there to meet us when we arrived and her old dog greeted us faithfully each morning. Langley is a wonderful little town to explore nearby. Excellent stay! Highly recommend.
