Spectacular weekend full of Blessings. The accommodations of the house is top shelf. Dream home vibes everywhere you turn. Family was very happy with everything. Dream kitchen for a cook like me. Outdoors for the morning coffee are Devine. Had time to grill for the family. Thank you for offering this beautiful home. Wish we could have stayed a couple of days more. Beautiful.

This property is amazing! It is close to a wedding venue and worked great for us to have people stop by before and after the wedding. There are many different common areas so you can easily have a large group stay comfortably without feeling cramped at all. The views and outdoor areas are beautiful. Coffee on the front porch listening to the wind through the trees - so serene. The bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms are also amazing. It would be a great place for a family reunion. I would definitely stay here again!

Home was beautiful & we could not have asked for a better location & space to accommodate family & friends that were in town for our daughter's wedding then this ranch! It worked perfect & had everything we needed and more. Our grandson enjoyed seeing all the horses everyday too! Julie communicated in a very timely mastery with any of my questions. The only other comment is that someone should go thru all the pots n pans and get rid of the ones that the Teflon coating is peeling off of. Thank you for everything!

Had some minor issues, but the house and property are beautiful. Julie was very timely in her responses to any questions we had. It was very peaceful and seeing the horses from the house was an added bonus.

Everything was great. The only issue it the TV in the main room was broken. We turned it on to watch the masters and found the screen was messed up.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My son got married nearby, and the venue was just a mile away, which made everything so convenient. The ranch house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight was the working farm — the animals and serene setting made our visit truly unforgettable

Great getaway retreat

Such a beautiful home and property that accommodated 11 adults comfortably. Close proximity to all of Fredericksburgs attractions yet still peaceful and quiet when it was time to turn down for the night. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The property was how the pictures depicted and more! We had amazing views at this picturesque ranch. The house is GORGEOUS and larger than I could have imagined. W attended a wedding at Paniolo which is 6 mins away. We drive to Fredericksburg which was 30 mins away and had dinner in Buerne which was 20 mins away.

Weekend Getaway with Family

Got together with siblings and spouses for a fun weekend getaway in the hill country. House and grounds were awesome and the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy some time away from it all. One night we ordered BBQ from the restaurant across the road (Black Board BBQ) and it was excellent too. Definitely check it out.
