This place was perfect for a quick trip to Dollywood. Everyone had their own space and it was nice coming back to a real home vs a hotel each night. :)

Everything was a stated everything went very smooth excellent place very quiet everything you need extra little gift from the host which was very nice if you have pets it's perfect has a nice backyard so you can take the dog out also extra plus was the garage which really comes in handy to protect your car from any bears or animals that come around really enjoyed it everything was wonderful highly recommend

The house was the perfect home base for our family trip to Pigeon Forge and area. Jay was a great host. He responded to any questions we had very quickly. I would highly recommend this house.

House was great. Very clean. Able to get in on time. Snacks were a plus. Great communication with host Very close to town. Only downside was the road was very narrow getting in and out. But everything else was great

We loved the home we rented. Everything was right there we needed and the location was very convenient getting to Dollywood, Gatlinburg and The Island.Would recommend this home to anyone! Cleaning staff was also very nice.Would stay again!

We enjoyed our 12night stay the house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to everything and the snack basket was a nice touch after traveling. We will be booking our next vacation soon. Loved the house.

The location of this house was absolutely perfect! We were super close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge, but were just out of the hustle and bustle of everything, which was really nice. The house was clean upon arrival and getting in was very easy. The hosts left a snack basket that was much appreciated after a travel day! We are already planning our trip back for next year!

This place is covenient to pigeon forge's main road through town. Everything in the house was fine and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

House was clean and close to parks. Host was promo when getting back to us. No issues and would definitely stay again. If I had any comment would be just an FyI.. driveways is a little steep if you have a lowered car but not impossible to get it

Yes this house worked very well for our family. Plenty of space location was excellent easy to find, Kitchen had everything that we needed. The host was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is very convenient to Dollywood. It has a fully stocked kitchen and we were supplied with enough towels for our entire visit. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great stay

The place was amazing, they had board games, great location, less than 10 minutes from pigeon forge, good amount of property for the dogs to run around and enjoy, overall the place was amazing.

Canpie Rancher was absolutely perfect for our family. The Driveway can be a little intimidating at first when turning around, but once you figure it out, it is simple. Anytime I had a question I contacted the host and received communication back promptly. Located in a great location as to get to locations around the area easily. Would definitely stay here again!

When I am not working or traveling, I am busy taking care of my plants or painting. My husband Jay and I love hosting family and friends. This is our first time hosting strangers and are very excited to share our home 'CanPie Rancher' with the world. Appa is our dog child, he is lab/retriever mix and a handful. We fell in love with smokies on our first family trip. We visit every year and looking forward to sharing our space.

This is a special place for my husband and I since every piece was hand-picked by us. It welcomes you with plenty of good vibes and a whole lot of love. Wake up to the beautiful bird songs and tranquility the outdoor space offers. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee by the gazebo and watch the birds by the feeder by the back patio. And in the evenings, bring your best grill game and outdoor campfire stories to end the night.

For those of you working remotely, our dinner table and breakfast areas make great substitutes for work spaces, with plenty of plug points and high-speed internet. My personal favorite is the backyard, this way I can let the birds join my zoom call.

Pet Policy: Pets below 50 lbs. stay free!! If there is more than one pet or a large breed >50lbs, a one time fee of $40 is applicable.

1. Please bring all your pet essentials including blankets or cushions for the pets to rest or sleep.
2. Please keep pets away from the Couch or Beds.
3. Please do not leave pet poop around the property. kindly clean up after.

**Additional cleaning fee may apply if the pet rules are violated**
