Rev and Jay are great hosts. Very responisve when we had an issue. The house is really nice and close to everything but quiet! We will definitely stay here again

Great stay

The place was amazing, they had board games, great location, less than 10 minutes from pigeon forge, good amount of property for the dogs to run around and enjoy, overall the place was amazing.

First family trip to Pigeon Forge

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to drive to wherever we wanted to go. The small road and drive were very different to us since we are from flat northern Indiana! We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Older but nice home . We could see the fireworks at Dollywood from the back deck. We also could hear train whistle form Dollywood. The house was close to everything .

Great Location and Thoughful Hosts

This lovely gem is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet minutes from Dollywood and The Island. The house was immaculately clean and all of our needs were anticipated. Snacks, toiletries, and a well equipped kitchen were much appreciated. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect place for family

It was perfect location to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have fire pit and gas grill available. Just a great experience!!

Great as always

This was our second time staying at this house. Its always clean and reasonably priced. The sectional couch is gone as there is new furniture in the home. We planned on putting our teenagers on the couch at night, but other than that, no complaints!

Weekend in Pigeon Forge

We brought my 81 year old mother and two of her friends for a quick weekend in Pigeon Forge. The ladies had a great time and they loved the house. It was very close to town and so convenient for everything they wanted to do. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and she made sure we were all satisfied. She even gave us some great restaurant suggestions. We hope to return again one day soon.

Perfect place between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

My family really enjoyed staying at the Can Pie Rancher - we only wish more people could've come with us! The home is far enough away from the city center where it feels like a true getaway but close enough where a short car trip will get you anywhere you want to go. It's also just a few minutes from Dollywood so when our kids are older will definitely be reserving this space for that venture. Had one small hiccup in terms of check-in info when we arrived, but the owners were quick to reply and provided us the necessary info. Would definitely recommend this place for any group!

Short stay

We enjoyed our short stay and would stay here again. Only complaint is there was dog and/or cat hair all over the couches which got on our clothes when we sat on it and the refrigerator had finger prints all over it which would lead one to believe maybe the cleanliness could be better. Other than those 2 things everything else was fine. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Absolutely wonderful

The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We were provided with snacks and small toiletries, which was a wonderful touch. It’s secluded enough from everything to feel out there but no more than a 3 minute drive and you’re in town. Check in / out requests were super quick and easy. The only thing to mention is the driveway, can be a bit difficult (but not impossible) for bigger vehicles to maneuver but this is obviously not the hosts fault. 10/10 my family and pups loved the location!

Great Place

This was a great place for our short little trip. Would be great for any length of stay. The home was very clean and furnished very comfortably throughout. The living room was a nice size but the kitchen was really nice and large with modern appliances and an adjoining large dining area. The three bedrooms were all good size. Two had full to queen size beds the other a king. All had Roku tvs. A fantastic place to stay with plenty privacy, but close enough to anything you could want. The host was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Would stay there anytime. Many little touches which added to the comfort and appeal.

Wonderful Stay! ⛰

My husband and I stayed here with our parents and it was the perfect size for all 6 of us! We had enough room to spread out and relax, when we weren't out and about. The host answered any questions we had and was prompt with answering. The location of this property was awesome! Not far from the strip but far enough for some peace and quiet. Only issue we had was parking two vehicles. The driveway was steep with little room to move around but once we parked one vehicle in the garage it was perfectly fine! We will definitely look at booking again in the future! 😊

When I am not working or traveling, I am busy taking care of my plants or painting. My husband Jay and I love hosting family and friends. This is our first time hosting strangers and are very excited to share our home 'CanPie Rancher' with the world. Appa is our dog child, he is lab/retriever mix and a handful. We fell in love with smokies on our first family trip. We visit every year and looking forward to sharing our space.

This is a special place for my husband and I since every piece was hand-picked by us. It welcomes you with plenty of good vibes and a whole lot of love. Wake up to the beautiful bird songs and tranquility the outdoor space offers. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee by the gazebo and watch the birds by the feeder by the back patio. And in the evenings, bring your best grill game and outdoor campfire stories to end the night.

For those of you working remotely, our dinner table and breakfast areas make great substitutes for work spaces, with plenty of plug points and high-speed internet. My personal favorite is the backyard, this way I can let the birds join my zoom call.

Pet Policy: Pets below 50 lbs. stay free!! If there is more than one pet or a large breed >50lbs, a one time fee of $40 is applicable.

1. Please bring all your pet essentials including blankets or cushions for the pets to rest or sleep.
2. Please keep pets away from the Couch or Beds.
3. Please do not leave pet poop around the property. kindly clean up after.

**Additional cleaning fee may apply if the pet rules are violated**
