Communication was very poor and condo had awful smell that was never dealt with. Reached out to rental company and no communication during or after stay. Love the resort but will not utilize rental again. Beware of 2 flights of stairs for littles and older people. Location and space were good also.

Great stay

Overall great stay here! Condo was in great shape, Dianna was incredibly responsive and the entire rental process was seamless. Highly recommend this condo and Woodson Bend in general!

Family Lake Weekend

Had a great time this weekend @ Lake Cumberland. Condo was clean, nice appliances, well stocked with any kitchen/bath amenities you need, nice decor. Would definitely rent again.

Loved the location - close to everything. Great porch in the morning and late evening, though it’s super hot during the day - could use some blinds. Kitchen was well equipped. Cleanliness was ok throughout the condo, but the bedding was so dirty, we washed it before using. Plastic mattress cover and sheets are loose fitting - sounds like you’re rolling on a plastic bag at night and there are no protective barriers between the pillow cases and the sweat stained pillows. The condo also has a strong musty smell so we left the patio doors open the whole time. The stairs are steep and do not have a light over the lower half so we needed to use flashlights. Overall, it was a good enough place to stay due to the location and would be great if those issues were resolved.
