Ruined family 90th birthday trip

Air conditioner did not work and was not repaired This was a family birthday trip with 22 people. 2 families bunked up in other 2 condos some slept on floor.2families left early after birthday dinner. No help from host

Golf escape

This is a nice property on the golf course with lots of wildlife in the area. The golf and surrounding attractions were good. The property listing is inaccurate regarding the TV. It is listed as having cable/satellite TV. Upon arrival there was no TV signal of any type. The property manager responded quickly to install basic streaming, but no way to watch network TV as intended. During the next several days of the stay, emails, phone calls, and an office visit were politely received by the property manager, but no response was ever given for the inaccuracy or any potential compromise to the situation.

Not impressed

Golf course had an outing and no carts were charged for us to use, the condo walls were very dusty, shower curtain had mold on bottom, screen door was broken we had to slam it shut every time, air conditioning was locked so it was very warm in house...i emailed but never got a response....the "book" they left needs to be updated because the wifi is not correct.... i really hope the owners are reading these and look into someone else cleaning their condo because this was horrible, thank goodness there was another bathroom! (Yes i took pictures)
