This is I believe our 4th time back at this home. It is beautifully furnished, has everything you could want, very clean & well maintained and a very responsive, friendly host. It is by far one of the nicest place we have stayed in the area. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful spacious home with amenities in every room that you could possibly need.Kayaks were enjoyed every afternoon on the quiet canals and actually had dolphin come right up to the dock.Tina was great to book with and everything was perfect during our stay.We will definitely be back to stay and explore more of Crystal springs, so much to see and do!

Awesome home with everything needed for 8 adults. Clean and convenient to boat ramp. Stayed 3 years in a row. Tina is so responsive and very accommodating.

Tina was a wonderful host and her place is awesome. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The house is perfectly appointed and had everything for our needs. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for 9 of us and very clean. The dock was great for keeping our boat to scallop. The host was very responsive and everything was as described. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this house & host. They provide everything you might need to make a memorable vacation. This was our third year & we will be back. Beautiful interior & on a canal with outdoor seating.

This home was awesome! Very clean, all the amenities you could ever need, and easy access to Crystal River and Gulf of America by boat. Tina was always available for questions and was fast to reply with recommendations for dinner or stores near by. Highly recommend and will stay again next time in the area.

Great house for family

Family had plenty of room and the property was spotless. Well supplied with everything from towels to extra garbage bags. Great location minutes from downtown. Really enjoyed staying here!

As advertised- very nice place

Great stay for a few day dad and son get away. Very nice home. It met our expectations and the kids enjoyed the kayaks and tvs in every room. Thank you!!

This property was everything you hope for when getting a VRBO. It was spotless regarding cleanliness, the beds were all extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked better than mine at home, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the gathering areas were also very comfortable and I would come back here anytime. Tina was very easy to communicate with and was friendly and informative about the area. Everyone was happy with everything about this property. Loved staying here!

Beautifully set up property

This house exceeded our expectations. Set up beautifully with MANY little add ons to make the stay comfortable. Host was prompt every time with answers and working hard to accommodate. We could not be happier; hoping to return soon
