We had a fantastic weekend in Crystal River. The house was perfectly appointed for our large crew (10 adults and 2 toddlers and 2 dogs). We loved the pool, game room, and large yard. We were able to tie our boat up to the dock which was very convenient as well. The living areas were huge and had everything we needed. We all wish we could have stayed another day or two, and would definitely come back.

Life got in the way of our family vacation, but one our daughters and SIL was able to make the trip with some friends. They said the place was fantastic and as advertised. The Owner, Chris was great to deal with.

Manatee manor was a great place to vacation at. The house was really nice with plenty of room inside and out. The pool was awesome as well. You can’t beat the view of the water front property!

What a beautiful house! Spacious- with a wonderful layout for a big group- and well stocked with everything we needed. Kayaks, floats, beach towels- they had it all! The game room was perfect for when the weather kept us off the water. The open kitchen/dining area is perfect for hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to eat in. Having the extra fridge in the suite bedroom was super helpful.The location is great- close to the springs and the gulf.Highly recommended!

Beautiful home right on Crystal River with plenty of amenities to enjoy without using the car (pool, kayaks, bikes), but close enough to enjoy historic Crystal River shops and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owner/host was personable and handled the few small issues quickly!

This was a great trip. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It even had a stand alone ice machine. It was so roomy and spacious. We loved our trip.

Beautiful large home that was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. Having a heated pool was perfect for our stay and the view was stunning.

It was the perfect place to completely relax for a week and that’s just what we did. We swam every day. The pool was big enough to really swim in and it was warm. Loved watching the river and the wildlife. A real kick back experience.

The property was large, had multiple rooms with adjoining bathrooms, amazing heated pool, pool towels provided, great fire pit and small game room for the kids. Beds are firms (I prefer softer but they were all clean and freshly made).
