Almost everything was perfect. However the final five hours were terrible due to a construction project on the property, actually on top of the house while attempting to sleep, interrupted the peaceful ending to the stay. The ongoing communication concerning the incident was caustic and upsetting, leaving a bad taste in an otherwise perfect stay. The property is awesome, in every way. The location is perfect, we would stay again and again when visiting Nipomo.

We enjoyed having Glenn at our property. When we let him know about solar panals being installed and they could wait till they check out, he said it's no problem they are leaving early. We had them come to install but then the other guests were apparantly unaware. We would have never had them install the solar panels if they weren't leaving early and gave us the ok.

California Love

Beautiful home and easy to check in and checkout. Loved the patio and quiet neighborhood. The house was close to Nipomo Park where our family held our family reunion. Restaurants and grocery store was close by. I would stay here again!

We walked in to what felt like a brand new home. Everything was incredibly clean and neat. Equipped with all that we needed. Plenty of parking if you need it. Backyard restful and quiet.

The perfect getaway

I would highly recommend this place, I loved the house, very well equipped and with beautiful surroundings. A few minutes from groceries, pharmacy, gas stations, etc.

Cousin Trip

We loved our Nipomo headquarters for our adventures in the area. The house was wonderful, and we discovered new local spots in Nipomo, as well as visiting Arroyo Grande, Pismo, and Grover Beach. The hosts were extremely responsive and the property was comfy and spotless.

Great house for family get together

We really enjoyed the open kitchen/dining area and the overall house. We were there to attend a wedding and the house was perfect for our group - lots of space to gather and prepare some flowers and appetizers. We wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent communications, cleanliness, nice decor and plenty to do nearby.

Our 4th of July Beach Trip

We had a wonderful trip. This house was amazing. Filled with all the accommodations of home. Beautiful neighborhood peaceful location and our host's were great people there if and when we needed anything. This home had comfortable beds and couches, and everything was absolutely perfect.

Thanksgiving in Nipomo

We were able to stay as our little family and prepare all the food needed for our extended family Thanksgiving celebration over at my father's house. Being able to use your kitchen was a delight.

The house was so beautiful and clean. It was welcoming the second you walk in. It was 15 min near the beach. It was next to many shopping centers. We loved how prompt the owners were when answering questions. There were many house amenities that I was so happy they had. I will definitely be coming back

Golfing Ladies needing a place to stay

Four of us golfing ladies needed a place to stay near Black Lake Golf course, for an LPGA AMA California golf tournament. This house was lovely, well appointed and super quiet. Also very close to the course. Even if you are not playing in a specific tournament there are 3 courses in this area that are fun to play. Not to mention all the lovely beaches near by. We had a great time at this VRBO.

Family wedding

Perfect for our family gathering!

We have family in the area and this was the perfect auxilary house for overflow. In fact, it was so perfect, our local family loved coming here! Great lawn for our outside games and comfortable for those of us staying here. Our family of professional chefs were delighted that the kitchen was so well equipped. Mom and Dad LOVED the shower in the master (we did have to share it one day). Thank you for a lovely stay.
