Tres Casa Lake House

Welcome to Tres Casa. Our cozy home is kid friendly. Tres Casa has a beautiful fire pit along side swinging benches. And huge playset for kids. Enjoy a 6 person Hot Tube. Have a relaxing time at the Michigan Beach within 5 minutes away.

Tres Casa is centered from South Haven & St. Joseph. Our home is secluded on a 2 acre property with private driveways. You can enjoy the Tub with Jets in the Master Bedroom . We offer a foosball table, air hockey table, outdoor zip line, and Gazebo. Back deck has a table for 6 and Gazebo has seating for 8 to 10. Amenities include Internet, WIFI, Gas Grill, Kids playground and zip line. Firewood is provided for outdoor pit and indoor Fire Place. Property is treated for mosquitos monthly.

We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and water boards. Home has water softener and filtered water. We also provide a high chair and stroller upon request.

Wonderful place to stay !! The host supplied everything needed for a fantastic stay. I was impressed with all the small items and thoughtful items. Definitely recommend their beautiful home.

Had a small snag getting into the house, but the host was VERY responsive. House was clean. We loved the play set, hot tub and the fire pit. The King bed was very comfortable!

Had a great time! We sang karaoke while roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, grilled up some hamburgers and relaxed in the hot tub. Great accommodations!

Spacious lot! Something for everyone. Hot tub was clean and prepped. Great outdoor screened-in gazebo. The entire house was very clean. Open floor plan works out very well.

We had a fantastic time- the house was well stocked- we ate breakfast and one other meal a day at the house. Perfect distance to the lake. We also enjoyed a bonfire and roasted marshmallows! (We had small children in our group and they had appropriate equipment provided in the house)

This place is exactly what it says it is. It was a really fun house for our guys in our wedding party to stay in during our wedding weekend in Benton Harbor. It had plenty of space inside and out to hang out. It's definitely dated, but that's not something that matters to us. I'd recommend for a group in a similar situation as us!

We had a really nice time while visiting the area and the house was mostly awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and large dining table for games and dining. The house was well stocked with the essentials needed to cook and serve food for our group! I loved the open concept of the house and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, there are some negative things we felt were worth mentioning. We were not used to the well water smell and that was a bit of a challenge that can’t be helped. We were not expecting bunk beds and found them to be uncomfortable for adults. The living room couches were more comfortable to sleep on than the bunk beds. A few things to note that need to be addressed was the master bathtub would not hold water which made taking a bath impossible. Also, one of the master bathroom doors fell off on the first day. And there was a carpenter ant problem during our stay; we killed at least 20 in one of the bedrooms alone.

This was a great spot for a low-key family beach weekend. This was our home base to get to the beach in South Haven, though there are other beaches closer-by! It's at the end of a gravel street, so it feels private even though it's in a neighborhood.The house had all of the space we needed for a family of 7, and included books, games, and toys for the kids, including a huge outdoor playset that they loved! We would have preferred the air hockey table not be in the middle of the living space since it's so noisy, but there's no basement, so I understand why it is where it is.The hot tub, outdoor table, fire pit, and grill made coming back to the house to hang out in the evening just as fun as the beach.Just a couple notes for pickier guests: there is no dishwasher, so prepare to wash dishes during your stay (and maybe when you arrive if you don't trust the washing abilities of the guests before you). There is a tap for filtered drinking water at the kitchen sink (which was great!), but the other water in the house (showers and sinks) has a bit of a sulfur / metallic smell, which bothered the kids a bit. I assume it's just because it's well water, and might only bother more sensitive folks. Finally, we regularly found bugs inside, which didn't bother us, and can only be expected for a house surrounded by woods, but future guests may just want to be aware.Overall, it was an outstanding stay! We created some great family memories! Cheers to the hosts!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The whole house was great, we were able to cook some of our meals there and still go out to eat some! The location was good for where we wanted to go. Overall, we had a great time!

The house is amazing for kids, 5 minutes from Hagar beach, which in our opinion is better than silver beach. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Probably the only negative is the place backs up to the interstate so you hear lots of traffic. Lake Michigan is not too far away to spend the day and some neat towns close by.

We had quite a bit of rain so the screened in patio was wonderful. We were all able to sit in there comfortably. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable

This place was super nice! Very clean, extra amenities and a super secluded location with PLENTY of space. We were so happy to have a place like this to stay at instead of camping at a festival. If it's available for the same festival this time next year, we will definitely be back!
