The home isn't specifically marketed as senior-friendly, but we certainly would have been happy to assist in ensuring it was a better fit if we had known about any specific concerns before your booking. Regarding the kitchen, we want to assure you that it is fully equipped with pots, pans, and all the necessary cooking utensils. We're sorry if these items were not easily located, and had we known about this during your stay, we would have been happy to send a team member to assist you right away. As for the sand in the beds, we pride ourselves on providing clean, freshly laundered linens for each guest. We take cleanliness very seriously, and if this issue had been brought to our attention, we would have immediately arranged for housekeeping to address it. Lastly, we want to remind all our guests that our office is open 24/7, and we're always available to address any comments, questions, or concerns. We’re glad to hear that the home met your needs and that you enjoyed the golf cart – it’s always a nice bonus for getting around! Regarding the access codes, the only code we were made aware of that was not working properly was for the community pool. This code is managed by Cottages at Eastern Lake, and as soon as we were notified that it wasn’t working, we promptly contacted the Homeowners Association to get the updated code. As for the mildew on the chairs and railing, we want to clarify that it was a result of the humid Florida climate, not black mold. Being close to the beach, mildew can build up, especially in areas with high humidity. We were able to clean the affected areas after your departure, but had you mentioned it during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address it right away. As for the pest issue, Florida’s warm climate can sometimes lead to occasional visits from critters. To ensure the home stays comfortable for all guests, we had a professional pest control service that sprayed the property. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back for another visit in the future with BeachWalk Vacations!
