Perfect location, easy walk to the beach. The house was great and had beach supplies which were an awesome bonus!

Well stocked home, had everything we needed and more. Great location, garage for the car, plenty of food beach chairs, close to everything. We loved it! Highly recommend it!

Great Location

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and bay and enjoyed long walks with our family and dogs and sitting on the roof top deck.

Nice location. Had lots of extras like beach chairs and a volleyball, kids sand toys so we could make the most of the beach. Property was as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! Everything was clean, and as advertised in pictures and description. The garage is small but was able to accommodate our minivan rental. We loved the restaurants and grocery stores in easy walking distance. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had a great vacation!

Awesome Property, Awesome Location

Awesome location with parking garage in a great neighborhood. Steps to the beach, walk down to the pier, tons of great restaurants within a few blocks. Super easy check in process and great host.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time using this property as our family base. There was a room for everyone and communal space as well. The nearby restaurants were great.

Clean house provided with attention to details in a great location and an excellent price.

We really enjoyed our stay here serving as our landing pad for a weekend wedding in San Diego. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths was perfect for 6 adults. House is in a fun location and management assured that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Really comfy stay in Mission

This place is nicely furnished! Beds are super comfy and kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked! Cute decor. We were a group of 4 including 17 and 19 year old girls and they were impressed.

Wonderful beach vacation!

Great home location, layout of bedrooms and bathrooms each on one of the three floors. Could get hot in summer months. Great parking and well kept. We had a wonderful time!

Great property

This is a great property for family and friends to visit! The beach is a 1 minute walk and Belmont park is a 20 minute walk down ocean front walk. There are plenty of scooters around for rent as well. Overall this is a fantastic property and would stay here again

Beautiful home close to beach.

We Just had the best stay at Mission Beach. The home was very clean, very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We particularly liked hanging out if the rooftop for happy hour. We could also walk to the restaurants/bars/coffee shops/beach with such convenience. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Beds were comfortable, but 2/3 bedrooms were VERY warm and the kitchen was infested with fruit flies.

Great location by the beach!

The bar next door was a little loud at night (there's a noise ordinance, but patrons stayed outside talking pretty loudly). Also, smaller cars ONLY will fit in the garage... just a heads-up. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness of the house and proximity to the beach.

Excellent Escape

The home we stayed at was very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby in the nice beds with a great mattress and blankets. I was very appreciative the kitchen had lots of dishes and cooking equipment. We were pleasantly surprised to have good quality bath essentials like shampoo and body wash. Thank you!

Great Beach Neighborhood Rental

This townhouse is great! The rooms are all nice sized, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The rooftop patio is lovely with good quality patio furniture. We wish we would have had more sunny days, we were stuck with June gloom. The neighborhood is great and we found good food and coffee places right across the street at La Perlita, Juice Wave and Better Buzz coffee. This was a great home base for our first time visiting San Diego! Would definitely rent again.

Great location close to beach and bay

Very nice house. Comfortable for our family. Loved the decor. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There was no coffee, just the maker. Also please note that boogie boards need replacing as they fell apart when we used them. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

The location was perfect for beaching & sightseeing. Each floor with a bed & bath allowed for privacy, the main floor living area allowed for plenty of space for togetherness. Kitchen is great for cooking, thoughtfully stocked. Double garage. The lower level bed & bath doesn't have HVAC which we weren't aware of, but worked out ok. The upstairs bed & bath is incredibly spacious & the rooftop area is very nice with a view to the ocean.
