Hi Treacy! We are sorry to hear about the inconveniences that occurred during your stay. We did perform a service and sent out a property manager to assess the issue to find out that the "feces" was nothing more than a brown powder substance. For example, something along the lines of makeup powder that was wiped up with a paper towel and photographed by the property manager while you were present. The reason behind the photograph was to present this to our Housekeeping Department as this is not up to BeachWalk Vacations standards. Most of our homes in NatureWalk only provide 2 parking spots and all parallel parking spots around the neighborhood are for overflow parking and this is also stated in the Welcome Link. The toilets that are in the home are all American Standard size toilets. Lily Pond is one of our top coastal chic homes in the neighborhood and the beautiful lake gives it that wow factor.
