Enjoy a peaceful downtown experience at this centrally-located place in Bryson City! A modern build with historic touches next door to our historic Bryson City Farmhouse. Every inch of the house is custom designed and filled with amenities to make your stay perfect. Two parking spaces are available. The entire project is featured in a series by the Perkins Builder Brothers. EV Charger in parking area.

The Plott House is next door to our historic Bryson City Farmhouse (sleeps 8). Also check out our other downtown property the Hazel House (sleeps 4).

Plott house 5 stars

Very clean and just like the description. Lots of amenities and especially enjoyed the board games during our stay. Within walking distance of the train and several shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay in Bryson City

The Perkins Brothers constructed home was awesome. The only thing needed was a couple of wine glasses!!

Elegantly simplistic

The Plot House was very nice! The entire house was remodeled with quality materials and attention to detail. Elegantly simplistic. It's the perfect size for a weekend getaway. Very close to downtown but not within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Plott House

Watched the house being built on YouTube and we had to check it out. It's a very cozy place for a couple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Had everything to make our stay perfect. Clean and well stocked. We walked to downtown that only took us 3-5 minutes. Thank you for making a great place! We are going to plan another stay here for our next trip.

Awesome House

Great weekend get away! Enjoyed the area of downtown Bryson City. The house has some great architectural touches that make it super cozy and a great place for couples. We watched the build and videos of the home being finished while there! We will be staying again in the future! Thank you!

CUTE property!

My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to the mountains to enjoy time together. We're expecting baby 2 in a few months and this little house was perfect. We were able to walk down to Bryson City's downtown area to eat, shop, and hop on the Great Smoky Mountain Railway for a ride. The space itself is super adorable - plenty of space for just the 2 of us. The bathroom is spacious, given the overall size of the house, and it was nice to have access to a dishwasher and a full sized washer and dryer. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and it was nice to be able to look out the window at the mountains while standing at the stove or sink. Long story short - excellent stay, and we hope to be back one day to rent the farmhouse next door with our family!
