The best vacation home!
This is probably the best vacation house we have stayed at and we do this every year where we book a home for our summer family gathering in St. George! The home was clean and very spacious for all of us and the kids absolutely loved the pool! Will definitely be staying here again!!

House was perfect for our golf group, plenty of space, both indoor and out. Only bummer was that the heater for the hot tub went out and we couldn’t use it for the first three days, it was eventually repaired during the trip. The community hot tub right across the street was a nice substitute.

Thanks for the review, yes alot of folks don't realize the community hot tub is just 20 steps away.
A heating element had to be replaced as you know and all is working great again.

great stay
We had a great stay with a youth group. It was perfect for our needs. Our only complaint was that the kitchen wasn’t well stocked and there were not enough shower towels for our group of 25.

We always leave out 1 towel per person plus a dozen or so pool towels.. therefore based on the numbers you provided us, that’s what we set out.

Perfect place for our large family!
We LOVED staying here for our family get together! Plenty of space for our large group, very clean, comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, and the location of the home couldn't have been any better! We loved the private pool, walking around the neighborhood at night and playing on the grass out front. The host was so wonderful and helpful when needed. We already have our next stay in the books because we loved it so much!

Great Place
Very high standard of accommodation, well equipped, clean, and comfy. Everything is as it appears in the pictures and more! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well maintained. We loved gathering around the pool and in the large kitchen just having fun.

Absolutely Perfect
My family, parents, siblings and their families spent a four-day weekend at this beautiful property and loved every minute of it. The home is well laid out, elegantly furnished, immaculate, and child's dream, with many games, a pool, and bunk beds. Management was very hospitable and responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again soon!

Superb Family Rental!
This house was very well kept and perfectly located to Zion National Park,Sand Hollow state park, St George, and numerous other sites! We had a mix of kids and adults. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations of the house, the community pool and fitness area, and the pickle ball courts. We stay at a VRBO every year as a family and we all highly recommend this location and will come back again!

Wonderful house, clean and spacious, close to so many things to do. We loved the pickleball courts and our swimming pool. We only had one small problem and Peggy solved it immediately. Such a wonderful family reunion

Great Family Reunion Home
Stayed here for our family reunion. Fantastic home with plenty of room for 20+ people. Great family room/dining/kitchen area for everyone to gather. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Right across the very quiet street from pickleball courts and grassy park area for the kids to play. Great owners to work with and very nice. Would love to host another family reunion at this home.

What an amazing stay
We had a wonderful time renting this property. It was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and in a great location. The house was set up perfect with the bedrooms away from the main living spaces and felt bigger than it looks in pictures. We had some difficulty with heating the spa, but the owner was so helpful and responsive, even sending a technician out to help. We would 100% rent this property again.

Surprise proposal
Perfect property for our large family. We rented this for a weekend getaway with our kids, grandkids and some family friends. My son proposed to his girlfriend on a razor ride through sand hollow. This house is the perfect location and has the perfect amount of space.

Absolutely fabulous place!
The vrbo says you never have to leave the property and this is so true. Pickleball courts just a few steps away...a pool one step out the back patio...another pool and lap pool ten steps away...six incredible king size suites...the hugest seating area in the kitchen you could possibly imagine...there were 22 of us and it all worked beautifully. There are two awesome bunkbed rooms as well! There is a grassy green area also a few steps away where we set up nine square and bucket golf! The owner and property manager were very responsive before and during our stay. We highly recommend this spectacular home.

Wonderful Vacation Home
We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa! The layout of the house was ideal for our needs and was well-appointed in every way. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and appreciated having their own bathrooms. The kitchen area was fantastic. We loved the dining tables for eating and other family activities. The pool was a lot of fun, the games and activities upstairs were great, pickleball was nice too. All around, there was something for everyone and we all had great time.

Family Reunion House
This property was perfect for our family reunion. We had 30 people staying here and it never felt crowded. It was super clean and the amenities were fun. The game area was the kid/teen hang out and the private pool and hot tub were amazing. The community pool and pickle ball courts were steps away from the house. The host was quick to respond when we had questions and was great to work with. I would recommend this place for any large gathering. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This is a home that we as partners wanted to be able to bring our families to together and build memories as well as fill a niche for larger family gatherings and groups wishing to vacation together.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We designed this property from ground up and alot of thought went into the planning, design and construction of a home we could rent out to groups at a fair value.
Not many homes were built like this, ie giving the adults private bedrooms w/ in suite bathrooms, large gathering places to eat and visit and providing fun activities for all age groups. The private pool/spa is perfect as well as game rooms to keep the young ones entertained and occupied as well.
