"If you’re looking for a place your kids will have endless fun, this is the place! Kids loved the pool with the slide and cliff to jump off! They swam for hours! Then there was the pickleball court that not only the kids had a blast but the adults played for hours as well. Plenty of space for multiple families to sleep as well. Very Cozy to sit and watch the kids play in the Pool. Or lounge in the Hot Tub. We have now added a new outdoor Kitchen with high quality BBQ. And Full Patio Covering. Very nice to sit outside.
A studio style Pool house that features 1 Queen pullout bed & 3 twin beds, a bathroom, game table/chairs & a kitchenette with microwave!
TV's in each room. Surround sound in 2 Family rooms. Play your own music from your phone throughout the house and patio.

Wonderful park close by with PickleBall courts and Water Splash Pad. Close to Sand Hollow Reservoir and Resort. Dirt roads connect the house to the play area for all ATV's

Other Things to Note:
No Parking on the Street in front of the property. Larger trailer and vehicle parking can be found about a block way.
Pool can be heated anytime throughout the year for $135 per day.

Amazing - Coming back every year!

I love this place. Pool. Pickleball. 4 Kings suites with their own private bathrooms. Arcade game. Kids and we can play for hours.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

We had an amazing stay! Philip and his team were incredibly responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The pool was a big hit both during the day and at night thanks to the lights, and we had a blast playing pickleball. The house had plenty of space for both group activities and quiet time, which was perfect for our group. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed to live comfortably during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope to return!!

Great House for Big Groups

We stay at this house every year with our large party and it is absolutely amazing. Philip is always great to communicate with and accommodating. The house has everything you need for your stay, the pool and hot tub are incredible. We will definitely continue staying here on our annual trip to Sand Hollow.

Perfect Family Vacation Home in Hurricane

We loved our stay! The home was perfect for our family. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were large gathering areas. The grandkids loved the pool. The adults loved hiking at Kanarra Falls and renting ATVs. It is located close the the Sand Hollow Reservoir.

Great place for a family reunion

We held a large family reunion here: 32 people! It was fantastic! The pool and spa were so nice, and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Golf getaway

Eight of us were comfortably accommodated on a golf outing. Great kitchen. Some issues with the hot tub but really enjoyed it.

Amazing Large Family Home

We loved this spacious home for our family of 23! The bedrooms were spacious and there was a great bunk bed room for the grandkids. But best of all, we LOVED the pool! It was perfect for our 15 grandchildren, ages 11 down to 2. The landlord, Philip, was so accommodating of our requests, and responded quickly. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was prefect. Plenty of space for all 18 of Us. Great location especially for those who play golf. Several really good courses within 15 minutes. The Gr. Kids loved the pool and hot tube. The property manager was great to keep in contact with me. We had no issues. Plenty of parking for all 5 cars we had. My Gr.Kids want to come back in the summer and stay there again. There is a new water park being built down the road.

Fantastic Southern Utah Getaway!!

This property is AMAZING. Our group had 7 adults and two infants under 2. The home was exactly what we were looking for. Room for everyone. Beautifully arranged. Plenty of rooms, bed, and space. The pool is HUGE with a wonderful rock waterfall jump and slide feature. The hot tub is large as well. Beds were wonderful. Kitchen had all of the necessities for cooking, etc. Two fridges with freezers, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Plenty of parking. Amazing new pickleball court that was so much fun to use. The property manager was the best we have ever dealt with. Extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We have "hopped" from property to property in Southern Utah for the last 15 or so years. We've found our go-to home going forward.

Friend getaway

The party was nice, and very large as expected. It was nice to have so many rooms, so each couple could have their own private space. The pool was a hit and it was perfect for the warm weekend. It was well stocked with dishes and a few fridges. Overall it was a nice and a fun house for a weekend getaway My only feed back is- the pool cleaner came on Friday in the middle of a pool day, so we had to get out for about 30 mins. Maybe have the pool cleaned before having guests come.

Excellent place for family vacation

We have done annual vacations with extended family every summer for 10 years, and this was in the top two. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, a bunk room that the kids adored, and easy access to Zion National Park. The private swimming pool was the star of the show for the kids. Lots of pool toys had been left by other renters; the configuration of the pool made it great for all ages; there were loads of good towels, and the waterfall slide was a huge hit. The stovetop was slow to heat and the fridge a bit awkward, but there were two additional refrigerators and we did a ton of grilling. Excellent microwave and oven, plenty of utensils and serving ware. If we come back to this area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Wow! Beautiful, spacious home with lots of extras :)

This beautiful home offers comfort and elegance for a crowd. We had a family weekend with twenty-four adults, four young kids, and five babies, and we had plenty of space and privacy. The four king suites with walk-in closets were perfect for the couples with napping babies. The bunk room was game central for the teen-agers. And we couldn't decide if the pool or the sports court was the greatest feature for the twenty-somethings. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend. Staci was friendly and welcoming, and even loaned us a big pot from her own kitchen when we had a big dinner. Everything was perfect - clean and well-equipped and comfortable. We will definitely be back :)

Large group vacation

We had a great stay with our large group (19 people). The pool is awesome and was a huge hit with the kids - they stayed in for hours on end! The bedrooms and bunk room were great- everyone had their own space. Great laundry set up. As others have posted, the kitchen and eating areas are inadequate for a house of its size - it wasn’t possible for us all to eat together so we often had half inside and half outside. The kitchen could definitely be better stocked in terms of equipment for cooking (plenty of plates, utensils, etc). There’s a second fridge/freezer in the garage that was very helpful. In terms of location, it was about 45 minutes from the entrance of Zion, 2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon, just over 2 hours from Vegas airport.

New Favorite Place to Stay Near Saint George

Our family enjoyed everything about this property! We had good communication from the owner and check-in and check-out were smooth. We especially liked the various Master Suites, they worked well with our family configuration. Our oldest two children are married, the next two children are not married. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and gathering areas are inviting and accommodate larger family groups. The kitchen is well stocked with serving dishes, basic cooking utensils, spices, etc. The pool and hot tub are beautiful! We liked being located in a neighborhood, away from all the condos, but close enough to everything we wanted to do --- Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, Saint George, Zions, Kolob Canyon. Our family wants to make this trip an annual tradition. We are looking forward to staying with you again! Thanks for contributing to a wonderful week!

Perfect for Family!

We had a great experience staying at Sand Hollow Springs! There was plenty of room for 22 of us. The kids loved the bunk room. If they weren’t swimming they were all hanging out together in there! The pool, hot tub, and slide were amazing! It was nice to have pools towels provided. The outdoor seating was nice for our large group. The space was incredible. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is always a request when I’m booking for our group. The 4 master bedrooms were beautiful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable! Overall: the house was clean, furnishings were nice, the outdoor space is well worth it (there is a fee to heat the pool and we were glad we paid it), the management is super easy to work with. We’ve been doing this for 8 years and this was our favorite place!
