"If you’re looking for a place your kids will have endless fun, this is the place! Kids loved the pool with the slide and cliff to jump off! They swam for hours! Then there was the pickleball court that not only the kids had a blast but the adults played for hours as well. Plenty of space for multiple families to sleep as well. Very Cozy to sit and watch the kids play in the Pool. Or lounge in the Hot Tub. We have now added a new outdoor Kitchen with high quality BBQ. And Full Patio Covering. Very nice to sit outside.
A studio style Pool house that features 1 Queen pullout bed & 3 twin beds, a bathroom, game table/chairs & a kitchenette with microwave!
TV's in each room. Surround sound in 2 Family rooms. Play your own music from your phone throughout the house and patio.

The Neighborhood:
Wonderful park close by with PickleBall courts and Water Splash Pad. Close to Sand Hollow Reservoir and Resort. Dirt roads connect the house to the play area for all ATV's

Other Things to Note:
No Parking on the Street in front of the property. Larger trailer and vehicle parking can be found about a block way.
Pool can be heated anytime throughout the year for $135 per day.
