Then there was the pickleball court that not only the kids had a blast but the adults played for hours as well. Plenty of space for multiple families to sleep as well. Other Things to Note:
No Parking on the Street in front of the property. Larger trailer and vehicle parking can be found about a block way.
Pool can be heated anytime throughout the year for $135 per day.

I had such a great weekend stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and really well taken care of. You can tell the host puts a lot of effort into keeping everything nice and comfortable. The location is a plus too. The neighborhood is quiet and zion is close by.The host was amazing. They were super friendly and always quick to reply if I had any questions or needed anything. I will definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to get away.

Family vacation

Everyone loved the pool and many enjoyed the pickleball court!Very close the sand hollow so it was very convenient.Lg. Bedrooms with a bathroom for each as we had mostly adults. Would definitely book again!

Amazing - Coming back every year!

I love this place. Pool. Pickleball. 4 Kings suites with their own private bathrooms. Arcade game. Kids and we can play for hours.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

We had an amazing stay! Philip and his team were incredibly responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The pool was a big hit both during the day and at night thanks to the lights, and we had a blast playing pickleball. The house had plenty of space for both group activities and quiet time, which was perfect for our group. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed to live comfortably during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope to return!!

Fantastic Southern Utah Getaway!!

This property is AMAZING. Our group had 7 adults and two infants under 2. The home was exactly what we were looking for. Room for everyone. Beautifully arranged. Plenty of rooms, bed, and space. The pool is HUGE with a wonderful rock waterfall jump and slide feature. The hot tub is large as well. Beds were wonderful. Kitchen had all of the necessities for cooking, etc. Two fridges with freezers, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Plenty of parking. Amazing new pickleball court that was so much fun to use. The property manager was the best we have ever dealt with. Extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We have "hopped" from property to property in Southern Utah for the last 15 or so years. We've found our go-to home going forward.

Perfect Family Vacation Home in Hurricane

We loved our stay! The home was perfect for our family. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were large gathering areas. The grandkids loved the pool. The adults loved hiking at Kanarra Falls and renting ATVs. It is located close the the Sand Hollow Reservoir.

Great House for Big Groups

We stay at this house every year with our large party and it is absolutely amazing. Philip is always great to communicate with and accommodating. The house has everything you need for your stay, the pool and hot tub are incredible. We will definitely continue staying here on our annual trip to Sand Hollow.

Great Stay

We had a great stay (5th time in this house) and the house was great as usual. The pool was not up to its normal standards as far as cleanliness is concerned and we had to spend a long time tidying it up.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was prefect. Plenty of space for all 18 of Us. Great location especially for those who play golf. Several really good courses within 15 minutes. The Gr. Kids loved the pool and hot tube. The property manager was great to keep in contact with me. We had no issues. Plenty of parking for all 5 cars we had. My Gr.Kids want to come back in the summer and stay there again. There is a new water park being built down the road.

Golf getaway

Great place for a family reunion

Amazing Large Family Home

We loved this spacious home for our family of 23! The bedrooms were spacious and there was a great bunk bed room for the grandkids. But best of all, we LOVED the pool! It was perfect for our 15 grandchildren, ages 11 down to 2. The landlord, Philip, was so accommodating of our requests, and responded quickly. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay. My grandchildren had a blast using the pool and water features. The backyard cooking and eating area worked really well with our group size. The sleeping arrangements were great. It was especially nice to have so many bathrooms.

Friend getaway

The party was nice, and very large as expected. It was nice to have so many rooms, so each couple could have their own private space. The pool was a hit and it was perfect for the warm weekend. It was well stocked with dishes and a few fridges. Overall it was a nice and a fun house for a weekend getaway My only feed back is- the pool cleaner came on Friday in the middle of a pool day, so we had to get out for about 30 mins. Maybe have the pool cleaned before having guests come.

Best in the Utah Southland

We've stayed at about a dozen rentals in the area and this one was the best so far. Things actually worked at the property as we have seen a downward trend in short-term rental upkeep lately. Great property for multi-families with four master bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. There is also an extra guestroom and bath near the kitchen area. The kitchen, indoor dining and common area was small for a property of this size, but it worked for a group of eight. The house was very clean. Amenities (towels, dishes, pots & pans, etc.) were adequate. The massive garages, pool, pool deck and water slide were fabulous. We had a great family bonding experience at this property. Truly felt like we had our own private resort with the mature palm trees, etc. The owner has put a lot of thought and investment into the property and seems to care about it where others don’t. Funny but the biggest hit was the nugget icemaker in the kitchen. We must have refilled it with gallons of water which kept everyone cooled down and hydrated. Now everyone is going to get one for their own homes.

This property offers the unique opportunity to have a wonderful vacation home right in the heart of a recreation outdoor paradise. There are so many things to do so close! We have been traveling to Southern Utah for 26 years for family vacations and have loved every minute of it! When we designed and built this home it was with the idea that we can bring a lot of people together but still allow them to have their own space. It is the perfect way to create long lasting family & friend memories.
