Enjoy this stylish and beachy decorated large studio apartment located in a 4-plex. Recently furnished, this spacious residence features a cozy interior, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private front door patio space. Set within walking distance to a large park, 1.3 miles straight to the beach, and 15min to LAX and SoFi stadium. Explore the Los Angeles area or just relax in Manhattan Beach - you can't go wrong!

Step inside this new studio apartment furnished with comfort and style in mind. Outside the front door you will be greeted with your own private chair hammock and a side table perfect for your laptop or morning cup of coffee. Walk in the door and you have the kitchen space - refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, tea kettle, toaster, Kcup coffee maker, brita water filter, and all the kitchen items you need for a perfect comfortable stay. There is no dishwasher, but we provide a dish mat.

The kitchen looks into the common studio area where you'll have a nice workspace desk, king bed with quality linens, mirrored closet doors with lots of storage space, large Smart TV where you can login to your own streaming apps, a 2 person bar height table, barstools looking into the kitchen, and the coziest bean bag chair perfect for a mid-day nap.

One bathroom, walk in shower.

The courtyard area is shared with 3 other units - seating area and BBQ grill. There is laundry on site but we can't guarantee it's usable, so plan to use the local laundromat during your stay.

You will be provided one designated parking garage (compact size) and otherwise can park on the street (Free, but beware of street sweeping signs)

Washer/dryer (Although it is new, if malfunctions for any reason laundry must be done at the laundromat, no refunds)

Conveniently located close to the beach (1.3 miles). Across the street from a large park (Polliwog Park) with entertainment (friendly for kids and pets), playground, walking path, and lake. 15min to LAX airport. 15min to SoFi stadium. Minutes to PCH which will take you up and down the California Coast to various Beach towns. Close to Torrance Memorial Hospital, Little Company of Mary Hospital, and more.

*Straight to the beach and Downtown Manhattan Beach/Pier - bring a bike, it's a beautiful ride to the beach from the unit! Boardwalk overlooking the beach for biking and running - Manhattan Beach is also a prime surf spot!

Guests will have access to their private unit, private front door patio space, outdoor courtyard is shared with a seating area and BBQ grill, and a compact parking garage on premises.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

This studio apartment is located on Manhattan Beach Blvd which is a popular traveled street in the area - there could be traffic noise although this complex is not located near a stop sign or traffic light. Please be aware and come prepared with ear plugs if you think this could be an issue.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through VRBO there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

A great spot!

We loved our stay! Everything was as advertised and the communication was so great. We had to extend our stay and it was so easy. Due to a scheduling snafu, we had to check out late and the owner was understanding and receptive. We would love to stay here again. My Camaro fit perfectly in the garage space. Be careful not to block the sidewalk in front of the garage or you might get a ticket but we found street parking for our second vehicle with no problem. Everything you need is close and we loved going to the beach to watch the sunset. Our mini-Aussie loved it too. 🐶🙏💓

Cozy

Enjoyed my staycation at this spot. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Came with amenities as described. The garage parking was a nice perk but the spot is super tight to squeeze into!
