We’ve been coming up to Door Co for years and this was one of the nicest houses we’ve stayed in, super clean, living areas were perfect for the 5 of us, beds were fantastic, had everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking. It’s also conveniently located so you can take a short walk to anything in Sister Bay. Communication with the owner was great. Would highly recommend if you’re coming to Door County.

Very nice house in a good location. House was described accurately and was very clean. Owners thought of everything to help ensure guest has a great time. A quick 15 minute walk to food and fun in Sister Bay.

Beautiful property and great location! Hosts were very welcoming and prompt with replies to messages. Highly recommended place to stay for visit to Door County.

Great Fall Getaway

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay. Sister Bay is a charming little town. Played golf at a local course. This home is in a perfect location to visit many beautiful places on the lake.

Great house, location and property managers

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay in DC. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do in door county. Beds 10/10. Amenities 10/10. Communication 10/10. Everything you want in a VRBO.

Great home just as pictures show

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the Petit Retreat. The property is on a sizable wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. The spacious house is everything you would want in a rental house. Very comfortable beds and linens. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone. Host was very responsive with communication.

Wedding weekend

Attended a family wedding a very short drive down the road at Northern Haus so the location was super convenient. Also super close to Piggly Wiggly and not far from downtown Sister Bay. The house was clean and beds comfy! We did not do any cooking so I can't comment on kitchen supplies but we had plenty of space. Outdoor area is cute although we did not use that either. Communication with the host was great, very responsive.

We had a party of three people and we each had our own bedrooms. The property exterior was lovely and well-kept. There was automatic outdoor lighting that was so helpful after coming back after an evening out. The interior was very spacious and we took advantage of the long dining room table to complete a 1000 pc puzzle with the help of the excellent lighting there. The couch and chairs in the living room area were comfy and we enjoyed the large screen TV to watch movies while enjoying our wine.

Very clean and plenty of space. Very family friendly! It was convenient for grandparents to have the whole upstairs to themselves and for us to have our 1yo and 3yo on the main floor and not have to worry about a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The place also had all the amenities and decor that I’d look for even if I was traveling without kids but was extremely well appointed for having toddlers- baby tub, stroller, high chair, utensils and cups, wonderful toy selection. My 3yo literally asked to go back to the house every day of the trip even when we were out playing mini golf out at the beach! Would definitely stay here again. Communication and check in were extremely easy.

Amazing stay...host responded quickly to any question, property met our needs perfectly, a great place to enjoy our nights after a day enjoying Door County. The home was equipped with everything you would need and loved the small touches like coffee, paper towels, detergent, shampoo/soaps, etc. Not common in all properties and made the experience top notch!
