Best of both worlds...close to Downtown Gatlinburg but privacy too! Beautiful cabin only a quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg or the Trolley stop. This is a one bedroom and one bathroom cabin with a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. This cabin backs up to a creek and with lots of tree's so privacy is never an issue. Enjoy our new hot tub that seats up to 4 guests. Within walking distance to local restaurants so no need to fight or pay for a parking spot. Internet with smart TV's are provided to stream your favorite shows. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS NOT ALLOWED*... subject to fine and must vacate immediately. All emails received after 4pm will be responded to the following day.

Christmas Vacation

Quite, clean and comfortable. The fireplace and hot tub were perfect. We had a visitor about 2 am (bear) on the front porch, but he came and left quickly.

Cozy, affordable, well-appointed cabin for 2

The cabin was lovely and perfectly cozy for the two of us. We were close enough to walk everywhere in and around Gatlinburg, which was what I was hoping for. The cabin itself was very clean, including the hot tub. The fireplace is a great accommodation for a December trip. The front door lock was a bit fiddly, but we were able to figure it out without too much trouble. Other than that very minor issue, we had a perfect stay and would gladly stay again the next time we’re in town.

Good distance from everything

Comfy bed, good hottub, decent location. Could use updated appliances or at least the fridge. But the place was clean, the check in was easy, could walk to downtown.

Super clean!

Everything no was perfect! It was a little walk to town, but we chose to walk everywhere instead of fighting the traffic! There was a sweet groundhog that lived in the rocks by the office that we would look for on our walks to town. The trolley does run by the house, but I didn’t want to wait for it! Everything was nice and clean and we will look to stay there again.

Home away from home!

We just stayed 12 days in this awesome cabin! Everything we needed was there. Every pot or pan, cooking utensil, toaster, coffee maker, mixer...everything you could possibly need. The ice maker made plenty of ice. We had bought a bag but never used it. Cabin was gorgeous and clean. Large living room, bedroom. Had a shower and also a jacuzzi tub. We had an issue with the tub but Cliff came right over and fixed it. He was so nice. He even brought us some extra supplies for our long stay. Has a nice big back deck with rockers and a hot tub. There is a beautiful creek out back. So relaxing to sit out there and listen to it. Nice front porch with chairs also. Bed was big and comfy! We saw bears almost every day! We also saw a woodchuck, a wild turkey, a gorgeous hawk and a pileated woodpecker. Road noise was a little loud even inside. The trash can is attached to the house due to bears, so teach pickup at 8 am was super loud! Walk to town was short but pretty steep if you have issues, but a fantastic location! You can walk to Gatlinburg trail and hike to the Welcome Center in the park. It was the most beautiful walk! The trolley comes by one cabin down. It's a great way to get around. There is an app that shows you the times and you can just head down there a few mins before. You can see the Ober Tram from the back deck, very cool! Parking for two cars. The office is close to walk to also. We needed some supplies and asked for a late checkout. They were very accommodating.

Lovely stay in Gatlinburg!

We had a wonderful time stay at this cabin. The proximity to the national park and downtown Gatlinburg was excellent! Highly recommend.

It was beautiful and clean and close to the strip but it was a bit far to walk to and from each time but it’s really nice cause there’s a trolly stop right there

Nice little cabin

Perfect for just two and everything needed was there. We did encounter a bear issue when one got into the trash. All in all it was very nice, great location.

Nice for Anniversary trip

Clean, well maintained. The only thing not exactly as described would be the walk to/from downtown. It wasn't bad, just keep in mind it has a decent size hill you'll have to walk up coming back. But we didn't mind, we enjoy walking and the weather was good. The trolley stop is right by the cabin, which is nice, but even with the app to track, it's not 100% accurate. It was great for just the two of us! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and location

The place was wonderful inside! We loved the location and the stay was very nice, we even seen a few bear! Watch out for the two big rocks in the front where you park, i came close to hitting them backing up because they are hard to see.

Great cabin!

My mom and I were looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg for the first time. This cabin is in a great location - a little off the strip but within walking distance (so no noise!). The cabin was super clean and has a great back porch with a creek running behind it. It’s also within walking distance to the national park and gatlinburg trail, which was a total bonus!! Very clean and worth the money!

Absolutely beautiful!

Cabin was so beautiful and cozy. Very clean! Hot tub was amazing! Lived how close we were to town! The only downfall was no privacy on back deck with other cabins being built behind our cabin. But otherwise, my husband and I had an amazing time!
