We had a lovely visit: the location is ideal for enjoying all that Santa Ynez has to offer. The house is clean, spacious, with wonderful outdoor space for our small dogs.

We had a great time, everything was walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable. My little chihuahua was enjoying her stay too. Will go back soon, loved how close it was to Solvang.

Perfect rental in town

Close to great restaurants and shops. Perfect wine country getaway. My family was able to enjoy the town while I was working in the Santa Barbara wine Country.

Perfect Weekend Rental

We needed a quiet place for a friend that has PTSD. This place was well located and quiet at night. Restaurants close by and easy to find. We would stay here again.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We loved our stay so much! The location is great- walking distance to several bars, restaurants, shops, tasting rooms. The house is so cute and kept up really well. Super close to lots of wineries and Solvang and Los Olivos!

Excellent location and accommodations

The property was well laid out for an early Thanksgiving. Everything was nice and clean. The location was close to great restaurants and a quaint shopping area as well as Solvang. Would book here again.

Take my word, you will want to stay here! Best location. Walking distance to everything in Santa Ynez and a short drive to Los Olivos and Solvang. Very clean. Will be returning!

WONDERFUL! Great area, cute places to eat and shop. We never had to drive anywhere. Love the front and back yard for the pups. Had a great time!!!! Definitely a gem.

Super cute duplex

We loved this cute little duplex in downtown. It was recently completely renovated and is very clean. We took our 3 dogs and 2 year old so the fenced in front and back yards were awesome. We will book with them again next year.

Perfect Girls Getaway

Jordan’s place was exactly as pictured if not better! The location was convenient and the biggest plus of all…literally steps away from our favorite restaurant SY kitchen. Cheers to an amazing weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

Super clean and comfortable home

Hats off to the owner for the clean aesthetic design of this home interior. Open concept, very tasteful house with fenced yard which was great for our pups. So many thoughtful details in a very well stocked kitchen. Location is fantastic as you can walk to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Stayed for UCSB Graduation

The house was perfect, roomy and clean. We had planned on bringing our two dogs and it a good thing we didn’t because they are not allowed in the furniture. Everything was perfect and I will stay again next time I am in the area.

This is a lovely property, nicely decorated, beautifully landscaped. I booked this property because the photos showed it to be spacious and open with a very low front door threshold. One of our party is a double amputee who uses a power chair; he was able to navigate the property with no difficulty. I would not say that this is a ADA accessible unit, one would have to make that evaluation for themselves. The beds were comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful and well stocked. Santa Inez is a quiet little town across the highway from Chumash Casino and three miles from Solvang. We enjoyed the entertainment at the casino, good food in Santa Inez, and good pastries in Solvang. Great weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location and easily walkable to the restaurants and stores in Santa Ynez. The place was spotless. Our dogs enjoyed the yard.
