Our location is simply the best! Our family friendly 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is located just minutes away from Downtown. We are in close proximity to UAB Hospital which makes us an ideal location for traveling nurses. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet and it’s surrounded by many things to do. If you’re looking for entertainment the Birmingham Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Boutique style shops are just around the corner. There are several great restaurants, parks and a public golf course nearby. Not to mention the quick accessibility to the interstate. Again location, location, location!

Weekend Trip

Nice house—good layout. Easy to get to Highland Park where our events were. Road in front of the house is a busy street but manageable.

Girls Trip

Very nice house. Good location to downtown. Host is responsive to any questions we had. Only parking is for 1 car in the garage. Overall good choice. Will stay again.

Perfect location!

We were in Bham for a weddingAll of the events were within 10 minutes of this house, so the convenience was perfect!! The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked. Thanks for the fun weekend!

Great house!

Everything was as advertised. The house was well kept, clean and perfect for our family. The parking situation took a little maneuvering but it worked fine for our group.

Christmas 2024

The area is very nice with a rugby park across the street. It was great for the 4 year old to run Close to the grocery stores and shopping.The house had a large kitchen and a great area upstairs.We did not use one of the bedrooms, which will be a great room for our grandson if we rent again this summer. Great experience!

We came to see the Purdue bs Auburn basketball game. The property was so close to everything! The house is very spacious and comfortable . The landlord was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Check in Sind out was very easy.

Pleasant Stay

The house was very nice. Kitchen, dinning and living rooms were a great space for a family traveling. It allowed room to cook/eat and socialize. We found a window that was left cracked open the first morning after a cold night and the back door was left unlocked. On check-in, I notified the host 45 min in advance since they requested 30 min heads up to turn alarm off to the house. When I got there after my allowed check in time and opened the door, I set the alarm off since they were not responsive to my message at the approved check in time. Overall it was a great stay the only inconvenience was parking. The two car garage was a tight squeeze and accessing the garage door was very inconvenient considering there was no other way to park in front of the house. You had to unlock the front door, walk around to the laundry room to hit the button to open the garage door, get back in the car to park. A key code to the garage or fob for the garage would have been a very convenient option considering the drive way space. The area seemed very safe and convenient to access areas in Birmingham.

Family Thanksgiving Return Alabama

My parents, sister, niece, nephew and I had a pleasant stay at this home located in the beautiful area of Mountain Brook. We wanted a house that would hold some visitors, as my parents are older and going out to see everyone can be more difficult for them. The house accommodated us well. We had plenty of room in this spacious home. It has all included amenities listed on the site. We went shopping at a local store and stocked up for the week. The parking can be tricky but there is a parking lot nearby and parking across the street which accommodates two cars. The host explained the parking situation well. The host was very responsive with questions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Loved the area so much!

Great place, location and host

Great place to stay! Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, attractions and the airport. Host was super!!! Very quick to respond to any questions we had. The only downside was having to have someone go into the house to open garage door in order to park. Highly recommend and if I was in the area again would stay here if available

Sheltering from Hurricane

We were sheltering from the hurricanes and were not sure we would be able to make it due to closed roads, owner was extremely helpful and accommodating!! We anticipated having additional family stay with us though that did not end up happening and that ended up being a good thing as there was only room to park one car in the garage. There are 2 additional spots across street, but a very busy, crossing street. Owner was extremely kind and responded quickly to any inquiries.
