We loved the room, and plenty of parking was available. We had excellent communication with our host and the check-in process was super easy! At no fault to our host, the pool was closed and seemed to have been for most of the summer. One reason why we booked our stay here was to have access to a pool.

This was the perfect place for our long weekend! It was convenient to the whole city, yet in a quiet area! The unit was clear and comfortable, and always felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

This Place was wonderful!

I would totally stay here again when I come back to Nashville! It was only 10 minutes from broadway and there is a wonderful downtown area as well just minutes away!

This rental is awesome! Enjoyed the cool, modern vibe and convenience of the location. Parking was safe and easy to navigate. We had everything we needed and wanted. The two large televisions, Keurig and comfy bed made us feel right at home. Thank you for a great stay!

Our host was very welcoming and incredibly responsive to any questions. The building and area is very quiet, close to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Lots of free parking. We will be staying again when next in Nashville.

Beautiful property and an excellent overall experience. The unit was exactly what we hoped for. Clean, comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated without feeling generic or overly staged. It immediately felt welcoming the second we walked in.The check in process was simple and hassle free, and everything about the stay felt easy and well organized. After long days out in Nashville, it was honestly the perfect place to come back to and unwind. Cozy, upscale, and just really well done.You can tell the hosts genuinely care about the guest experience, and that attention to detail absolutely shows. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again.

Book it! This is by far my favorite VRBO I’ve stayed at. Perfect for a couple, location is just outside all the craziness of downtown and broadway. Quick Uber trips and cheap. We even stayed in a night and just spent it at the Speakeasy and listened to the local artist play. Exactly as described and the history of the building is well kept. Would stay here again and again. Just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

It’s always a little “nervy” opening the door to the place you’ve booked for the first time…Did the pictures lie? Is it smaller than it looked? But this place was better than expected! Great condo, GREAT HOST that made everything so easy, and made for the perfect start to our weekend getaway in Nashville. We’ll definitely be back!

The host was very responsive and stayed in continual communication. Such a cute place. Property was very clean and as described. Quiet complex & parking was a breeze. The Speakeasy in the basement was such a great added touch and convenient. Featuring live music, it was a wonderful pace to relax without having to fight the downtown chaos. Prices for the signature cocktails were also very reasonable.Minor drawback was the couch that converted to the 2nd bed needs to upgraded because it sloped at the top and gathered towards the middle. Unfortunately the pool was closed and the door handle was broken to the upper deck patio so we could not enjoy those amenities but again, well worth the stay and would book here again.

Love The 1865! Nashville has very few authentic factory "loft" spaces. This is one of them. It's a quick ride share tonall the best areas of the city, but tucked back just enough to have a break from all the bachelorettes going bezerk. The unit was cozy and beautifully decorated. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend A
