This was a very clean, the balcony was very relaxing to have your morning coffee and shaded in the afternoon , soperfect spot to hang out before dinner

Nice stay, condo was very clean and nice decor. Had everything needed. This is first level unit and was able to park right outside the door. Couple notes: this condo is farther than expected for walking to Broadway, it is a 25/30 minute walk on the outskirts so maybe not the safest. Also the pool is quite farther down and smaller than expected. There is no door on the bedroom so keep in mind for privacy.

The condo is exactly as described. It was very clean and had a modern yet comfortable feel. Check in was easy and the host communicated all directions and recommendations effectively. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for your hospitality!

When we entered there were fruit flies all in the kitchen and the condo was so humid. We are from Memphis so we understand humidity but it should not be this humid inside a building. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. Luckily we were only there for 2 days. Liked the location and the bed was comfortable. But would not stay here again.

Hi Michele, thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry the stay fell short. We're glad you enjoyed the location and found the bed comfortable. We were never made aware of the fruit flies or the hot water during your stay, and had we known we would have sent pest control out right away and gotten a technician to the water heater the same day. We've since scheduled maintenance to look at the water heater so future guests don't run into that. We'd genuinely welcome the chance to host you better next time.

Stay was nice. Bedroom, living room and kitchen were clean. Had to have bathroom recleaned though. Host was very responsive to messages.

Weekend stay

Perfect in every way!!!

This condo was by far one of my favorite places to stay. It was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, the amenities they provided were phenomenal, and it was in the perfect location. I stayed three nights and four days and it was an amazing relaxing vacation. I look forward to staying again.

Well lit, plenty of parking and a short drive to broadway! My favorite spot was the little patio overlooking the river!

Great Location on Riverfront

Very clean and a great place to stay at away from home. I would recommend this space to anyone who comes into town to hang out downtown and Opry Mills mall is only 15 mins away.

Convenient, Comfy, and Quiet

Communication from the property manager was excellent. Easy to load and unload your vehicle with this condo being on ground level. Quiet place with a comfy vibe and easy to get to all the prime spots around Nashville.

Our stay

Was a pefect get away for a couple. Walking distace to the main nashvile strip. (18 min walk) Free parking! Small balcony for coffee and cookie and the bed is really comfy.
