Welcome to our beautiful fully renovated San Marco home.
This lovely 3 BR / 2 BA, newly renovated home welcomes you with its large wrap-around-porch. Enter the spacious foyer and enjoy the well-appointed contemporary design throughout the house.
Enjoy all the comforts of your own home right at your fingertips. This residence is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
Guests will enjoy the entire house. The outside space is shared with a long term tenant that occupies an apartment on the side of right side of the house.
This home is only a few steps away from adorable San Marco Square - filled with restaurants, bars, and boutiques!
The Space:
The home has a fully equipped bright and spacious kitchen with all new appliances. In addition to the main living room, enjoy additional areas to read or relax with a book from the owner’s collection. Walk outside the living room French doors into a private backyard with plenty of seating, a dining area, firepit and gas grill or relax on our swing on the quaint front porch.
Please do keep in mind that property owner's family lives on site in the adjacent 1 BR apartment.

Guests have access to the entire space!
The Neighborhood:
This property is in a perfect location. Just one block to several dining options, including a café, a new trendy Spanish Tapas restaurant, and a local brewery. Walk a few blocks in the other direction to enjoy the best sunset on the River.
Walk just ten minutes to Historic San Marco Square, where you can find galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. As our guest, you will enjoy a free glass of wine at Town Hall, a James Beard nominated chef restaurant.
It is also blocks from the MD Anderson Cancer Center for "medical tourists" coming to Jax for treatment here. It is a 10 min drive to the UF Health Proton Therapy Center and a 20 min drive to the Mayo Clinic!
Getting Around:
Unless you are looking to stick around the San Marco area it is generally a good idea to rent a car. Ride sharing services are also a good option but public transportation in Jax is generally lacking.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT.
We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)
This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there.
We charge a pet fee of $50/night per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $250/week per pet and $500/month per pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then I reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.***
If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion.
Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples) . I may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100/hr or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, back deck, or front or back yard***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) We assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
There is a propane grill on the back deck with grill utensils and grill cleaner in the kitchen. We do not supply propane but you are welcome to pick up a tank and leave what you don’t use for a future guest. After using the grill please clean it with the supplied grill cleaner/steel brush in order to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Finally, guests are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine.
