Sailfish is a modern, serene beach getaway, a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home nestled in a peaceful beach neighborhood. Just 11 blocks, or about ¾ mile, from the shore, this retreat showcases an open floor plan that invites togetherness. With all bedrooms on the second level, the first floor becomes a spacious haven for connection and relaxation. Embrace the beauty of Jax Beach as you bask in the warmth of your private heated pool, practice your skills on the putting green, and gather around the comfortable seating and gas Weber BBQ to create lasting memories.

This is a DOG-FRIENDLY beach house with smart TVs in every bedroom, WIFI, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds, including the extra sleeper in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided, as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket, and cooler. The garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house!

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months.
