Spacious, comfortable, and squeaky-clean condo. Very accessible to the entire area, including Inverness, Crystal River and Dunellon. It met our needs (visiting elderly pate us at The Summit) perfectly. Communication with Melissa was prompt. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice, quaint, and quiet condo in a very safe neighborhood with alot of amenities at your finger tips. Perfect spot and clean with a walkout sunroom near the tennis/pickleball courts. Nicely decorated. Shopping and restaurants very close. Host was very accommodating and very quick to respond if we had ANY questions. This condo would be excellent for anytime of the year. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

Convenient location

Visiting family in the area and location worked out perfectly. Enjoyed the pool one day. Plenty of room and felt safe, secure in area. Biggest pro for me was only one TV in the unit. I enjoyed the quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The place was prefect.

Melissa is super responsive to any questions I had, and the condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, I fell in love with it immediately. The beds are super comfortable, the sofas are wonderful. Everything you could need is readily available. The pool is close, clean and there’s plenty of room to sit or lounge. I really can’t say enough good things about the whole experience! It’s a home away from home with a definite resort feel!

Excellent Accommodations

This place was perfect for our family during Spring break to stay while down vacationing with my parents and who own a home nearby and were housing others so we needed a place of our own for the week. It had everything we needed, was so inviting from the minute we arrived. Beds are very comfortably and plenty of room for our family if 6. Loved being close to pool and golf courses right there and short drive to all kinds of activities as we went for a beach a day, and a few water parks during our stay. Definitely would like to return next tine we visit our folks. Thank you for providing such a great experience!!

The condo is in a golf course neighborhood. Its very nice. We stayed on the lower level, which was down 5 steps. The condo was very clean, well kept and well equipt. K-cup or standard coffee maker. Toaster, toaster over plus regular kitchen appliances. Beds are soft and comfy with very nice pillows and bedding.

Stay to be near family for Thanksgiving

The property was very clean and comfortable. The Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were so comfortable and made relaxing after a long day very enjoyable. The owner responded to my question quickly before checking in. And I left behind a single diamond earring and my sister a pair of gold earrings and when I contacted the manager she went back and found them and is returning them to us. Exceptional service !!!

This property was perfect for us, grandma, grandad, mum and two grandaughters. Lots of towells, bedding and all the things that you need for a vaction. The property is a short stroll from the pool and only 5 mins from the local Publix. The guest information was great and included resturant recomendations which we checked out and were more than pleased with. The kitchen equipment was excellent with far more than we needed for our stay. Good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. We were happy with the clear instructions from the host regarding access and check out.Would we recommend the property to our friends? YES and we would love to return in the future.
