This property is very clean, well kept, private and peaceful. It was easy to find, definitely what we like. Don was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely come back.

What lovely secluded little apartment. Everything was fantastic. Clean ,snacks, fully stocked kitchen,comfy. They even had a electric fireplace.

Quiet, clean, comfortable stay.

Great location for kayaking activities. Plenty space for a couple. Owner lives on site so very available, but also allowed us our privacy. Well equipped kitchen, coffee & snacks much appreciated. Don’t let the rough road driving in scare you, nice quiet place in decent neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay in Crystal River. The property was quiet and peaceful, nice remote location. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Crystal River.

Immaculate get away gem!

This place was a find! The cleanest place I have ever seen, lovely touches that made us feel welcome, great value. Off the beaten path but deceptively close to restaurants and stores. We were relaxing with our FL daughter and her dog, worked great for us.

The house was immaculate. We had our puppy with us and the fenced in backyard was perfect for her. The location of the house is very peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would def book again.

The property was just as it looked in the photos. They even had coffee and condiments in the fridge for us. Would definitely stay again if visiting Crystal River again.

Home town visit

Clean, comfy and convenient. Very close to everything and family around the corner. Private and not on main drag like a hotel. Only challenge, which is out if the owner’s control, is the road leading to the property. Not maintained and a bit rough with pot holes. I’d still choose to stay and navigate this because it is way better than a hotel!

Perfect secluded spot in Crystal River

This is my second stay here. I find this place perfect for Crystal River. Two nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice walk-in shower with good water pressure. A/C works perfectly. Kitchen well stocked. (Unfortunately the dishwasher doesn't start properly. It didn't last time either.) Parking right in front of the door. TV only had Roku, or one of those streaming services, so getting live cable news is not possible. The WiFi is robust enough to stream TV through my laptop, and attach it via HDMI. Not optimal, but unfortunately all too common anymore. Will defiantly return.
